The Hotel is located in a very exotic city, a little outside the hustle and bustle of the city, a few minutes' walk from the center... Bathing in the pool and drinking a cocktail at the bar was always good for us in the heat after a whole day of sightseeing and island tours! The staff was nice and the hotel was a perfect choice in terms of price/value ratio! I recommend to everyone!

We stayed for one night after arriving at FDF. We had booked a seaview superior room. The view was lovely, and the room was clean though rather basic. (It was a challenge to find an electrical outlet to charge the phone). We appreciated having an electric kettle to make tea. We needed service for a couple of small issues in the room and this service was very prompt and efficient and friendly. I would have liked to dip in the very small pool, but there was nowhere to change poolside and it was too far to walk to and from our room in a bathing suit. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent, on a breezy terrasse. The neighbourhood felt very safe. I'd recommend it as a stopover hotel.

We are waiting for our cruiseship to arrive...staying in this hotel...Very old hotel, no one to lift our suitcases from the 1st floor. Make sure you book a room in the building with elevator!|There is breakfast until 10am and lunch from 3pm. |So in the meantime there is nothing.! Guests are now ordering through Uber eat!.|Very bad service. No parasols at the pool! Only 4 beds at pool available!|The girls behind the reception desk are helpfull.|This hotel really needs an update urgently. |185euro for one night is a grazy price for such an old place!

Good attention, cleanning was good, but expensive for one, as you país as if you were a couple, because they do not offer a single bed room, just as i could manage. The location is good, but dangerous to go at night

This hotel was great for a quick girls trip , very good breakfast, friendly staff were very accomodating. Great location as it was in fort de france.|||| Iphone users walk with your own power bank.||Its near the road so you can hear cars on the high way. Other than that i would recommend.||||

Friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean everywhere, lovely pool and relaxing area... about a 20 min walk from downtown, but in a nice, quiet neighbourhood

Unfortunately our check in process was pathetic. We arrived about an hour early and they said the rooms weren’t ready yet - there were already about 4 other groups waiting in reception to be checked in. The lovely lady at the counter explained they had a huge group depart today - ok, we asked to use the pool while we waited (no issue and thank you). Then we returned just prior to the actual check in time to find that nobody had been checked in yet. Waited a while until the man at the desk did our check in process, then said “I’ll just check if the room is ready”. He disappeared for about 20 minutes, came back and without explaining anything to us, moved on to check in the next couple. We sat in reception for over half an hour until he finally said ok here is your key, no apologies or explanations. When we went to the room there were at least 2 service women around so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have arranged to prepare the rooms for the 5 groups checking in urgently? Very disappointing, but mostly just the lack of communication - we would have happily laid by the pool for a bit longer.

The hotel has a great standard. The service stuff ist very nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. You can have a hot shower and the towels are soft and thick. For the breakfast you can find everything you need. It is really outstanding by its view and Infinity pool. Loved to stay with you! 10/10
