Several rooms were booked for family members for two nights and all were rather disgruntled regarding the unavailability of the pool due to a pump breakdown, and no microwave or toaster in the rooms.||My sister, who runs an AirB&B pointed out that guests should have been notified about the pool, as it was February weather, or offered a discount. That was met with excuses by the manager(?). Also we were rather rudely directed to the public pool across the road by the office staff, which, after paying for the rooms, we considered the extra costs were over the top. ||The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable otherwise.
