Karinga Motel

Arrived late into Lismore due to a family emergency and Nadine waited to check me in and make sure I was comfortable at 9pm which I was very thankful for. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was brilliant. Price reasonable. The motel is close walking distance to town and some lovely coffee shops for breakfast. I didn’t find it noisy and didn’t use any of the amenities so cannot comment on these.

I've spent 3 nights here. Nadine was so helpful and understanding. The room was quiet - clean and the bed was so comfortable. I'd certainly stay here the next time I'm in Lismore

Stayed for 1 night, great location with friendly staff. Beds are soft and provided with extra pillows and blankets without any additional costs. Iron and ironing board also provided complimentary in room.||Overall was a good stay for the price you pay. Would only ask management to make sure there is no smoke smell in the non smoking room. The window must have been left open after house keeping and outside smoke blew inside the room. But apart from that, was not bad.

I have been to many hotels in my life, one of the best experience I had. The room was so clean and tidy, and smells so nice. Very comfortable place to sleep and rest. The host is very accommodating, kind and so nice. I haven't met a pwrson like her. Highly recommended. 😍👍

Owners are just a couple of horrid human beings, very rude and arrogant pair. They shouldn't be in the hospitality industry, as they've got idea and don't understand the meaning of good hospitality. They wanted to know about my other passengers who were in the car and asked what they were doing here. We just left my mother at the hospital and wanted a place to rest our weary bodies, we told them repeatedly only myself + my partner needed a room and my father needed his own room, but they took ot upon themselves to badger us about two other people who were not staying and made it a living nightmare for us.

I would highly recommend staying here! Nadine was an absolute pleasure to interact with and was always more than happy to help! The rooms are well appointed, very clean and the bed was amazing. The amenities were great with a common room stocked up well. I would really recommend staying here and I look forward to going back again.

The service is the best, management is very caring and ethical, rooms are always clean and maintained, located in centre of the city, close to shops, restaurants and swimming pool.

Absolutely dreadful. It was dusty and dirty. The bathroom door didn't close, the shower door was hanging on a hinge. The toilet seat was covered in urine and yellow stains. The manager came and looked and at first, claimed there was nothing there. Then blamed me. We had been in the room for less then 15 mins. When we asked for a refund. They got extremely angry and aggressive. Even after all they did. I would've considered staying but the owners actually scared us. We did not feel safe sleeping overnight. Angry owners, dirty rooms.
