This restaurant is worst From all i have visited until now! The staff are illiterate fools who have no idea how to talk to customers. They act like they own the place and make decisions on their own without any accountability. First, they served us the WRONG order, and when we complained, they had the audacity to say we were giving them a headache—specifically mentioning that only Indian customers do so. Are you serious?! These racist are running an Indian restaurant, making money off the Indian name, and yet they have the nerve to treat Indians like trash? They even picked up the food from right in front of us and said only Indians give them trouble. REALLY?! If serving Indian customers is such a problem for them, why the hell are they running an Indian restaurant in the first place? One of their pathetic staff members even had the guts to step outside and threaten us after we left, telling us to go to the police or wherever we wanted. Unbelievable! We ordered a Veg Thali that was supposed to have four vegetables, but they served only three—and one of them(Choley) wasn’t even on the menu! When we pointed it out, instead of fixing their mistake, they chose to insult us. This place is a disgrace, the staff is the worst I’ve ever seen, and they are a complete embarrassment to Indian cuisine. We’ve traveled to over 15 countries and have eaten at Indian restaurants everywhere, but NEVER have we encountered such unprofessional, disgusting behaviour . If you’re Indian, stay the hell away—these people clearly don’t want to serve us, so let them rot without our business.

Tasty and flavorful Indian food. Everything was fresh and tasty. The menu has a lot of different options and also has a lot of vegetarian dishes. You can also tell them the spice level you want for your dish. The food was really good and service fast. Staff was also really friendly.

It’s an authentic Indian restaurant in Bucharest with plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. Loved the vegetarian Thali and the mango lassi. Their prawn masala was also very good. The garlic naan was a bit dry and burnt, thus the reason I gave 4 stars. Staff is polite, the service was fast and you get to choose the level of spiciness for your dishes. I recommend it if you’re craving some Indian food!

Tasty food and amazing ambience. Service is exceptional to the say the least. Had biryani, was sumptuous and just right amount of spicy as i had asked for.

Very pkeasant, genuine atmosphere. The food is so tasty and staff is nice. Its a restaurant we are visiting every month, at least.

Personally, the food was nowhere near to Indian food. While it was very edible, it did not taste anything like Indian. The ambiance is good, quiet, near and played music, service not up to the mark. Not courteous or friendly. Not at all hospitable and aloof. (Because we were Indian?) When asked to split the bill, they tried giving excuses. If ever asked, where to find Indian restaurants for Indian food, I shall never suggest Karishma. We were there for dinner on Spet'22 evening.

I ordered couple of times from this place during my stay in Bucharest. The daal were a bit spicy but flavorful. I was disappointed with the pudina paratha though as it wasn’t made of whole wheat flour. The packaging was average.

Nice food, helpful smiling staff. I enjoyed my food here thoroughly. You should order a vegetarian Thali. It's lovely !!!
