DO NOT book this place - it should NOT BE A RENTABLE PLACE!!! The night club downstairs BLASTS music until 3-4am every night and it is impossible to get any sleep no matter how tired you are from traveling. The owners the the place also will NOT respond to your emails and will not take responsibility for the poor stay.

It was an alright apartment, but there is a club/bar across from it, and it plays music extremely loudly all night. People can not sleep. Cannot enjoy a decent apartment when no one can get a good night's rest. Absolutely DO NOT book your stay here, stay away from this area!!!!! 0/10 Would not recommend it, it would be better to spend more money for a better quality hotel away from places like this. Don't get scammed by this place. It's not worth it.

Absolutely disappointing experience! I would never have booked this place if I had read the reviews properly. Edit Added 27/09/2024 - following reply from owner I can confirm that NO contact was made from the owner. The AC definitely did not get cold AND the windows were completely closed. This was Thursday night and the music was certainly loud enough to feel it and hear it all night. Firstly, the noise is unbearable. There’s a club right across the street, and the party spills out onto the road after dark with loud music playing all night long. Despite several attempts to contact the apartment owner for advice, we received no response and ended up having to find alternative accommodation. The air conditioning is also a major issue; it doesn’t get cold and just blows out room-temperature air no matter what setting it’s on. Another inconvenience is the keys being soldered onto a key ring, so you can’t go out separately if you’re staying with others. Additionally, the towels had a horrible smell, like they’d been left wet for days—definitely not pleasant to use. Overall, this was one of the worst places we’ve stayed. It’s definitely not a “family” apartment as advertised on WebJet. I would strongly advise against staying here unless you’re looking to party all night and sleep in an overheated, uncomfortable apartment.

Clean and centrally located, but no functioning air conditioning during Athens summer. We barely slept because of the heat, and noise from the club downstairs. We asked the owner about the AC, and they were barely helpful. We also did not receive any check in instructions, making a very stressful first day. The WiFi was also spotty, but the temperature and noise were what made this stay unbearable.

Loved this central pocket in Athens. The nightclub across the street was quite loud over the weekend and continued into the wee hours of the morning. If you don’t mind a bit of nightlife then this spot is perfect!

A smart, trendy, clean and absolute perfect located in Athens, having 2 bathrooms are is just perfect. ||can be a bit noisy during the weekends, so bring earplugs and a sleepmask if you want to have completely dark.||Everything is relative close, you can walk but uber is affordable. We stayed 5 days and they cleaned it once which i think is not really needed and could be done by the guests.||Would love to have an additional tower and blanket

The apartment is clean once inside. There is a very odd smell in the hallway, but thankfully not in the rooms. The major issue is the lack of sleep, between the nightclub until 4 am and the car alarms that start at 6 am. Don't plan on resting at night.

Don’t come here- if you are over 25 and want to sleep at night!!! I didn’t sleep all nights I stayed here. During weekdays it was until 2-3am and Friday - Saturday until 5am. It is as if the bar in front of the building is right in your bedroom 😫 I told the owner and she said they know but cannot change as it is everywhere in the city center the same. And that they called the police twice. She then suggested see cancel the reservation and she gives me the money back without cuts. What she did. But still it is no place to stay. Even if it is perfectly located but to “lively” for me. If you wanna party, you have the right spot for up to 5 people ( plus the 300 outside) 🥴
