I have heard about this place for years and it was worth the wait. The hot dog stand out front is the appetizer. For $4 you get a super fresh hot dog. So many to choose from. I went back 3 times, then went inside to get a dozen to bring hime to grill. The place is amazing. Cannot wait to go back. Could be the best Hot Dog in NJ. Go try for yourself, you won't be disappointed. I ordered the German dog 50 pork/50 Beef on their recommendation.

What a great experience we had at this establishment! They have a great service. The Kielbasas are fresh and well seasoned. We bought a couple of Kielbasas at the entrance prior to entering the place. Their homemade sauerkraut tastes delicious. My kids loved their Lil Smokies. The owner was so sweet to offer chocolate to us. Highly recommended!!!!!

Great German old school butcher with expanded hot dog push cart out front. Push cart hrs depends on foot traffic, might close earlier than store hrs. It’s always a great hot dog thats worth the trip.

There mini hot dogs are the best. Has the real snap to them. Haven't tried anything else yet,next time I take the drive over will explore more

Legit German butcher! This place doesn’t disappoint between the delicious salads, fresh cuts of meat, the hotdogs they sell at the stand outside, and the friendly guys behind the counter! Love this place! 💕

Some special items are great. But be aware, as they are hiding expirations dates with price tags. We ate chocolate and got sick. Turns out the chocolate expired 5 years ago. Given the very high prices of the store in the first place they shouldn’t try to rip off customers to make more money. The store should be assessed for selling food beyond the expiration date. Today is January 18, 2025. The chocolate expired in May 6th 2020. There is no excuse for selling food that expired about 5 years ago. This is absolutely intentional!

Pre-ordered my meats and when I got there they couldn't find my order. After patiently waiting 45 minutes they put my order together and charge me $75 more then they had quoted me over the phone! I'll never go back again!

I was going somewhere else until I was recommended by a friend to try Mike’s. This is now my sole butcher for all meats! Highly recommend coming here. Excellent service with exceptional meats!
