We throughly enjoyed our private truffle hunting tour with Benjamin! A unique experience in a beautiful location! Benjamin was very warm and friendly as he spent time with us in the forest with his hunting dog ,Lela. I highly recommend booking the experience with the 3 course truffle meal that follows. So delicious and worth every penny! The view and venue is beautiful! The owners daughter was one of the chefs, and we loved speaking with her and meeting her hunting dog… the famous, “Bubica!”

We had an amazing truffle hunting tour with Karlić! The team was super friendly and everything was very well organized. We even found two white truffles! The tasting and food afterwards were excellent, and the venue added to the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Our favorite experience during our visit to Croatia. Karlic tartufi lets you join a licensed truffle hunter and her dogs as they scour the local forest for these elusive (and valuable) treasures. It was fun watching the dogs hunt, as they get very excited about their work. And the cooperation of the truffle hunter and her canines is wonderful to see. Afterwards, we were treated to all kinds of truffle delicacies in a beautiful restaurant setting overlooking the Istrian hill country. We also spent time in their adorable shop hunting truffle treasures of our own. Book it. You won’t regret it.

It's really an interesting and unforgettable experience. Although it was a rainy day, it didn't affect our hunting. Guided by an experienced guide with 2 lovely dogs, we successfully hunted several small piece of white truffle. We had a delicious meal after the tour. Highly recommended.

Wow. I had THE BEST time here in July ‘24. I was expecting to carry around a basket while skipping around noisy pigs and hoped to pick up a few mushrooms and then imagined a flimsy table with a few plastic spoons and jars of truffle stuff to sample, pressure to buy stuff and then moving on with my day. And…. I would have been happy with that. The reality was: a friendly greeting, a brief (like 30-second drive) to the truffle orchard, a walk around with some sweet dogs while the local guide shared the history and their experience while suddenly running at high speeds to get a truffle from a dog, walking up a steep hill and then driving back to the main welcome area and entering a previously unnoticed, stunning dinning room where a lovely local woman fed us a charcuterie board with various truffles mixtures and fresh breads, wine, fruit, then an incredible truffle omelet, and then a type of doughnut ball with truffles.the view from the dining area is stunning, the space was so clean and friendly and relaxing. Everything I ate was insanely delicious. I felt like I was a very welcome and loved guest in a locals home. It was an unforgettable experience and I would love to go back someday!! If I’m ever in Croatia again or hear of anyone going, I’ll absolutely and highly recommend everyone visit this place!! I wish I was there RIGHT NOW!!!!

We went to the 3 hour long truffelhunting experience and had a great time. We found a couple of truffles in the wood and learned a lot about truffles. The hunter was very calm and nice to the dogs. The food afterwards was delicious, and we could hang around whilst it was prepared. The store had a big selection of truffelproducts and more!
