The famous street of the old town Prague. you should at least take a walk here. In the street you will see cafes, bars/pubs, restaurants and shops, or you can have a traditional food Trdelnik. This street is like the roundup of the old town.

Of course it's a beautiful street to stroll, but it is too busy and very touristy. Lots of beggars and hobos. Not worth visiting during high season (October, for example) unless you like crowds.
