Lovely view of the fountains. We asked to move closer, and they accommodated us! Friendly staff, our server, Java, was very attentive to our dietary needs. Lovely night!

From all the times we've visited this restaurant, this experience was by far the best. We chose the Signature Menu, and it was absolutely delicious. Every dish was cooked to perfection. A special thanks to Michael, who took care of us, and to the rest of the staff for their excellent service. The restaurant also has a spacious and lovely terrace overlooking the Dubai Fountain, making it perfect for the winter season. Recommended! ✅

Restaurant with good atmosphere and view. Recommend to book table here in advance. Otherwise, it will turn to hosts giving you attitude like they don't want you there. A bit overpriced for quite regular food in this category, but I assume this is because of the location. The big issue is the menu without images, which is NOT okay for Asian restaurants as you don't understand what you are ordering. Visuals in the menu are must, this is how you let people understand what they order so they are not being disappointed when the food arrives (just a hint). Service was normal, don't expect waiters to treat you any better than at nearby Starbucks.

Absolutely incredible night in Karma as always! Food 11/10, atmosphere 11/10 and service 1000/10!!! Michael served us and I’ve never been served by someone so kind, funny and that genuinely wanted to make sure we had such a great experience! Thank you Karma for an amazing night!❤️❤️❤️

Hey guys, I would like to thank you for the evening. You made our New Year’s Eve more than unforgettable and extraordinary perfect !!! The music, the DJ, the whole venue and most important your menu was awesome! Micheal was the best waiter I have ever had in my life! This perfect balance between laidback, ariy and cheerfully light hearted and his enormes efforts to inspire us was unbelievable ❤️ You really know how to host guests. Thank you!

Great view but poor service! I made a reservation week before and I mentioned that I have a birthday. They called to confirm the reservation and informed them with all details and that I want nice table with a view outside. When we first entered the receptionist mentioned that we had a birthday although she should and it should be a secret. They give us the middle table because walk-in customers took all the nice tables! I asked to change the table and one became free but refused that we take it because it is reserved for a special occasion that turned out two be two girls including a TIKTOK influencer. I asked for the dessert as they informed me to do special birthday day wish but they did not do anything. I went to the receptionist to check, she said that she did not tell our server. I had to order another dessert to celebrate! ! Although food was good and the view is nice but the service is terrible.
