It was a nice visit, the price is maybe a bit too much if you want to just walk around, it is not very interactive but if you read the descriptions and stories it is really cool. I had a good time there :)

Informative and entertaining. Radio exhibit is a bit boring ... local historic artifacts were fascinating from cave man to roman empire era. Must see

Visited in rainy day with my family. The most interesting part was about denacification. Then about geological history - i liked the room showing our planet transformation in milions of years. Also fascinating is the insect collection (only part is displayedl). I wast just started to watch exhibition and presentation of some local artists when the announcement came that the museum is closing; pity, we should have came earlier.

Very modern museum. In such a traditional region as Carinthia, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in such a great space. Many thanks for the opportunity to learn more about the history of the region in such a great museum!

The newly reopened Landesmuseum Museum Kärnten is absolutely great. The bookshop is also extremely good, stocking a wide range of books about walking, nature, transformation, wildlife, and more. Allow several hours to visit the museum and enjoy. The cafe is good too.

Not loads to do in Klagenfurt, so when we came across this on a walk around town we popped in. Not expecting much, we ended up there for a good few hours and enjoyed learning about alsorts.
