Very Bad Service and Lack of Hospitality||My stay at Karoopark Guest House was defined by very bad service. The black lady at the front desk was so rude during check-in. She rushed us to the room and told us to "be quick" because she was busy with other guests. She used a harsh tone that made us feel like a waste of her time. We were not shown the pool, bar, or any amenities—she basically said we could figure it out ourselves.||When my boss asked if the room could accommodate two people in the future, she completely misunderstood and snapped at him, saying, "two people are not staying since you only book for one." Her tone was so undermining that he had to tell her "never mind."||I stayed in Room 7, which had a clogged shower drain. The water would stay stagnant after a bath. I asked for it to be fixed multiple times, to no avail. The cleaning staff would just mop the water away. For five days, my bed sheets were rarely changed, and the Wi-Fi didn't work for the last three days. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done.||To the owner, please improve your service. The lady at the front is doing a bad job and represents your business poorly. Our company will no longer be using Karoopark Guest House.
