a good standard hotel and very good staff - reduced rating because of air conditioners that are old and very, very, very loud. LOUD! Disrupted sleep and a complete waste of days that follow. I'm told there is a plan to replace them, maybe sometime next year, maybe...

Check in was the quickest I’ve had in years as the reception lady was on the ball.|Parked straight outside the room, unloaded my bags in seconds and started work at the desk in the room. |The bed was comfy, pillows were even more comfy, shower was hot and the towels were nice. |There is a microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, electric hot plate and enough plates/cutlery to make a simple meal or reheat one if you need to. This was a real surprise and was very convenient. |There were some small downsides: |Aircon is a big clunker unit that sounds like a small truck has started up when it kicks in during the night.|Toilet was dripping but I shut the bathroom door to fix that one! That’s it, the rest is good news. |Location is perfect and you’ve got a sports bar, Indian, Burgers and cafes literally across the road.|Sadly I didn’t get to look around the grounds at all, but I believe there’s a pool etc. |This is now my favourite place in Karratha and I’ll be back for sure.

Central location. Rooms were old but clean and had everything you needed in the studio. Pool small but clean, and closes at dusk. Plenty of on-site parking.

A lady there by the name of Tierny? Tanny - VERY RUDE||VERY ARROGANT !||Talks like she doesn't care about customers at all.||Asked for certain customer SERVICE requests - instead of being helpful and friendly - She WAS LOUD RUDE ARROGANT DISSMISSIVE, and stated "FINE NO PROBLEMS BOKK ELSEWHERE" Then when asked to explain in calm voice by me - she YELLED AND SPOKE OVER ME WON"T STOP!!!||WOWO!!! Really???! Seriously??||Reportable Behaviour to the Regulatory Authority body to investigate this business!!||UNACCEPTABLE! What's a bad person this lady must be....||Formal complaints warranted

Now the room is good but dated like late 90’s but very clean and comfortable which is the main priority in my work, BUT! Now a big BUT is the bloody aircon! Really load and not very effective! Have to have ceiling fan on and aircon to have good temperature but sleeping is an issue! Big part of staying somewhere after long drives is sleep! Feel like I am in a factory with the noise to feel comfortable temperature wise but unable to sleep if I need aircon?? Beyond all my complaints it is clean and has most of what you need. In fairness I give it a good rating if you don’t mind noise and heat! 7-10 rate 👍🏻😎

Very spacious one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Apartment was clean and the bedroom air conditioning unit worked very well. |Ample car parking areas. |Hotel is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, takeaway places and shops. |Pool area looked very inviting too.

Great place to stay - clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, perfect location as it was a short walk to Woolies, nice outlook onto the pool, palm trees and architecture of the building. The reception staff were super helpful and lovely. It’s simple but has good vibes and would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.

Clean simple rooms. I got the single room but it has options to connect rooms for families. Even though room was small it had cooking equipment in the room lile eletric stove.
