Karst Villas Phong Nha

This is a must stay place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, it’s really clean and the food is delicious. The views from the villas is outstanding. To get into town is $70,000 dong it is very inexpensive. We would sit out on our balcony at night and watch the fire flys over the rice fields. We also had the hotel book our cave tours, this is a must on the list. We had them do our laundry and pick us up from the airport. All great prices. We stayed here for 4 nights and on our next stay will be for a week. The town of Phong Nha is small but has everything you need and a little bakery that we enjoyed getting our sweet treats from. If you are coming to Vietnam you must put this place on your list if you are looking for peace and quiet and relaxation.

Great accomodation. Very clean. Staff are amazing especially Yen who helped arranged bus transfer Food was excellent. The villas are in a very tranquil location overlooking farm land. There is a good sized swimming pool. We changed rooms to stay in a downstairs villa. Very private and quiet. Grab charge to get into town is about 60,000 dong.

Absolutely amazing hotel and experience in Phong Nha. The hotel is perfect and the view is beautiful, they serve breakfast lunch and dinner and everything we had was delicious. You can easily get to the main town with Grab/Xanh taxis and if not the hotel staff are more than happy to help either arrange transfers or transfer you themselves. All the staff from the host to the cooks to the cleaners were all incredibly friendly. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to Phong Nha without a doubt!

We had a fantastic two days st the property, and enjoyed our two days exploring the caves of Ninh Binh. However, there is a new property being built directly next door, which impacted the noise we had to endure during working hours. This should not detract from our stay, but wanted future guests to be aware.

We’ve had an amazing stay in Karst Villas!! The best hospitality we’ve experienced in Vietnam, if not ever. The staff was so nice, especially Trang made us feel very welcome. It’s just a little outside of Phong Nha which makes it very nice and quiet, you can rent a good scooter from them. The food was delicious food, stunning view over the fields and sunset from our room and they made breakfast for us at 5am when we had to leave early. So kind. Thankyou! 🫶🏼

I stayed in the villa and it was perfect after a cave hike. Everything was very clean, and the bathtub was a wonderful bonus for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the food was really good. They also kindly allowed me a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

What a hidden gem, we arrived by train at 6:30am and our room was ready for us to just walk into without any notice. Staff were fantastic and wanted to help us with the rain interruption. Organised for drivers and guides to come at different times even having lunch and dinner organised.|Lovely rooms with great views.|The pool area would be great in the summer time.
