Excellent service! Super friendly boss who picked us up from Karuizawa Station the first day and even to drop us to the Prince ski resort. We had dinner there twice, reasonable price and nice meat. The room is cleaned and warm. Highly recommended.

Our family of four stayed in a family cabin and had a wonderful time. The space was large, with small but functional kitchenette and bath/shower room, and large tatami room with lots of bedding. There's also a large family bath room in a separate building with a very large bathtub. It was immaculately clean. The staff were all incredibly nice, especially the host Ito-san, who speaks great English. Highly recommended!!

We stayed 2 nights here and it was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the Ishi-buro (big bath, hot water) very much. We also ate one evening at the restaurant and the meat was delicious. They were really nice, they even gave us a lift from and to the Karuizawa Station where we took the shinkansen. As for transportation during our stay, the Naka Karuizawa Station was nearby and had buses to move around the area.

Live in Comfort. Setting inside comfortable and more than enough for stay far away from concrete city. Depends on how many people going to stay in a cottage, we have space in upstairs because we have more than two to stay.|Great to relax. Healthy breakfast. Dinner can be pre-register if you stay to eat.

It is located 15mins drive away from Karuizawa station, a quiet but cosy town. Seemed like running by a friendly and helpful family, very prompt replies and actions upon our special request during the few days stay. The in house BBQ restaurant is a MUST try. Overall a good experience for a family of ten.

The cabin is generally a nice place to stay, the place is tidy and clean. The bathroom is a bit too small. The restaurant is right beside the cabin, and the wagyu was pretty good!

The host Ito-San is a very nice boss,|+transport provided throughout the 3D2N stay|+must not miss the dinner|+breakfast provided|+reasonable and affordable price|+spacious room||But there are few I would like to highlight too if you are bringing infant or toddlers with you, especially during winter time.|No hot blanket |And from the bathroom to the bedroom, you can really feel the cold winds from the outdoor.

The rooms were extremely cold and small.
