Kasara Chitwan - Jungle Resort In Chitwan

I stayed at this resort expecting a high-end experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet the standards of a premium villa stay. There was no service at all and they told it was cold so we cannot provide any service, and the staff often seemed unresponsive to requests. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, better attention to guest needs is essential. The food was another major letdown. The quality, taste, and variety did not match the price point at all. Meals felt underwhelming, and presentation was below expectations for a premium property. While the villa itself was comfortable and well-designed, the overall experience was negatively affected by poor service and disappointing dining. A resort of this category should focus more on hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, as the property has potential but currently falls short of its promise.

Nice resort , thank you Umesh and team for great hospitality . We have enjoyed our family stay . Staff are hospitable, nice breakfast setup , farm to kitchen and eco practice is much appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for refreshment and break from busy schedule.

We really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality at Kasara. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel’s design beautifully blends with nature, ensuring minimal impact on the environment. The rooms were well organized and thoughtfully decorated with natural elements. It offers great value for money, with a clean and peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciate the eco-friendly culture they’ve built and implemented so well. Overall, a very calm and relaxing place to stay!

Stayed with an intrepid tour group for 2 nights. Amazing beautiful facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Awesome safari drive and car. Great food and beautiful pool. Bathroom is seperate to room with aircon but still contained in your own villa.

My experience at the resort was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff ensured our safety. Activities like jungle safari and cultural programs made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend this resort. It offers comfort, safety, and plenty of enjoyable activities in a beautiful natural setting. "once is not enough"

We were here for 2 nights during our visit to the nearby Chitwan National Park. Each villa was a 3 room suite with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. The A/C worked great and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The only things that we didn’t like about the room was the dim lighting above the sink and sometimes hot water could be hard to get in the shower. We ate 3 meals each day in their restaurant, and the food was just average so they have room to improve in that area. Morning coffee and tea service could also be quite slow at times.

Not worth the price we paid for. We had booked the package, 10k more than its counterpart offering the exact same package, thinking we would have an authentic experience. We regretted our decision. At first glance, everything looked nice, but as you look closer, everything gets horrible. Anyone can peek at the curtains in the room, the water at the shower literally drips with water temperature either too hot or too cold. there's no in-between temperature. Bathrooms are mouldy. The small water pool at the room entrance stinks. The wooden headrest at the bed is uncomfortable and takes a lot of bed space. Overall, the room experience was bad, which was the reason for us to select the hotel. The hotel has tried to give village type natural feeling but missed to think of quality. However, hotel outdoor environment is good. Swimming pool is clean and long compared to the other hotels with 5.8ft depth. No children pool. Locationwise, peaceful and quiet. Food was okay, but cakes werent. Staff were polite and good hospitality. All in all. would not revisit or recommend anyone.

Kasara is a beautiful resort nestled in the trees near Chitwan National Park in Nepal. This is a very special area in south Nepal trying to conserve many endangered species in and around the park including the Gharial crocodile, the one horned Rhino, the Bengal tiger, the leopard - along with several birds and other mammals.||I had wonderful excursions with my guide Sujan. He was very knowledgeable about the park, the animals and all of the trees and plants. He and my driver really went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of the excursions and we were very lucky to see two sets of rhino moms and babies as well as several solitary males. We also saw many other birds and mammals and reptiles!||The care by the Kasara staff including Riky and Rohit meant you started each day and returned after each days activities to their attentive care and smiling faces in the restaurant. They are so polite and it’s clear that Kasara takes customer service seriously.||I hope to return to Kasara in the future and see Sujan, Riky, Rohit and all of the other staff again!
