I stayed at this resort expecting a high-end experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet the standards of a premium villa stay.
There was no service at all and they told it was cold so we cannot provide any service, and the staff often seemed unresponsive to requests. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, better attention to guest needs is essential.
The food was another major letdown. The quality, taste, and variety did not match the price point at all. Meals felt underwhelming, and presentation was below expectations for a premium property.
While the villa itself was comfortable and well-designed, the overall experience was negatively affected by poor service and disappointing dining. A resort of this category should focus more on hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, as the property has potential but currently falls short of its promise.
