We just replaced a 24 year old J series fountain in our neighborhood pond. I love the new 3/4 hp one with interchangeable nozzles. Balsam installed, will try others. Had the original one repaired in 2022 by Kasco without issue. Since the old model is no longer produced, a rebuilt motor was used and it lasted 3 years. Can’t say enough about the company and happy that the factory is only 50 miles away!

We have two large pond fountains. Both of them burned out in three years. Bearings and motors. Guess what the warranty is only good for two years and that two years we were told started when the fountain was made not bought and used. We dropped the first one of at the shop in Prescott Wisconsin and were told it would be a week to a week and a half. Over a month later and several phone calls and over 700.00 later we finally got our fountain. I definitely would not recommend their fountains or there service to anyone.

I can't say it enough good things about this company with my experience thus far. We installed the 7.3- 3-phase Fountain and it performs beyond our expectations! We did have an issue but it was immediately rectified for those of you that might be worried about the warranty. Rest assured they make good on all their products and the whole customer service experience was outstanding! It's rare to find a company that has such great team working for them.

Kasco does not stand behind their products. We run several aerator pumps at our marina. All are well taken care of and are only in the water for 6 months out of the year. After one of our older aerators (not a Kasco product) went out due to age, we purchased a new on from Kasco. The new aerator from Kasco did not make 6 months. We called Kasco to see if they would stand behind the product and they blamed us. We then purchased another aerator from them, cared for the product exactly as they instructed and the aerator failed again. We contacted Kasco and were told it was our fault again. Mind you we have several aerators from another company that are older and still working great. Other review have mentioned the same experience, Kasoc does not stand behind their products

I talked to customer service people before sending my pump back for warranty work. The pump stopped working a few weeks before the warranty was up. When I got the pump back and hooked up to the two diffusers, it ran quieter than it did when new. I appreciate the great customer service, speed and ease of getting the pump up and running again. What a pleasure to deal with a company that stands behind the great products they sell.

I had lost hope in customer service post-COVID; until I had an issue with our pond fountain recently. What a breath of fresh air to have top notch customer service that exceeds expectations!! This company knows how to treat customers. Our fountain pump is 2 years old and came with the house we bought a year ago. I figured I would just ask for the parts needed to fix it but was surprised to hear they are shipping them out for free to fix my fountain! No hassle, just great service without having to ask they stood behind the product without question. Thanks Kasco!!

I had a catastrophic failure of my fountain pump right at end of 2 years. I talked to service department and they said that they “stand behind their products”. They repaired it and sent it back to me quickly. Good customer service.

This company wrote the book on customer service. My fountain started to go under and light stopped working on one side. I spoke to the nicest gentleman and they sent me all the parts to fix my fountain. I called to say, thank you” and brag on his customer service. He said, “ we take care of our customers and wouldn’t do it any other way “. I plan on buying another fountain for our pond. I will be a returning customer. Simply the best.
