It's a heritage bungalow converted into a hotel and run by HP Tourism Great place for a quiet place. The facilities are very basic but no complaints as its a charming place.

I stayed in here back in 2003 with my parents. It was so charming experience I never forget. It is a heritage property so excellently maintained by HPTDC. With exotic locations in Dharamsala this property have a great restaurant for boarders only. During my stay entire property was managed by only. The two gentlemen in my uploaded photos also manage the restaurant. On order they make phenomenal recipe of Kangri Dham. Which is rare. I tried madra with chole in kangra style and teliamah. Both are delicious with rice. ||The days open with birds chant during sunrise. If you are on a full moon day don't miss a stroll in the terrace.

Rooms are well updated to modern life. Very neat and clean. Free from pesticides. Very spacious. Bathroom facilities could fulfill all our needs - Hot water etc. Foods are same like home made, fresh, tasty and healthy. Staffs are very helpful, we were treated like their family persons.

Very nice ambience, heritage property.

The property is located just above Dharamsala city with narrow approach. Building is almost 100 year old once owned by Maharaja Hari Singh. A peaceful environment to spend a few days with family far from the crowd within a prime location. Caretaker Sanjeev Kumar is a good host with a good cooking hand.

Beautiful location.Great staff. The room seemed small and cramped, but was clean. Would like to recommend this place. Special mention to the manager who went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible.
