I really love the quartz for island countertop we just had installed—it looks amazing! I worked with a salesperson named Kevin, and his service was excellent. Communication was prompt, and when the wrong item was delivered the first time, he immediately arranged for the correct one to be sent. We made the purchase during the holiday season and got a great discount, making it very cost-effective. Highly recommend!

They offer the most stylish and affordable quartz at the best prices in the Bay Area, and their sales team is exceptionally helpful. My salesperson, Kevin, assisted us throughout the entire process and proactively provide suggestions. The entire experience was smooth. Highly recommend! Summary: best cabinet and floor store, service, and installation we found in The Bay. Purchased kitchen, bathroom, and laundry cabinets, vanities, and sinks, as well as SPC vinyl flooring. I would describe the cabinets as good quality (one or two levels below super expensive luxury level) for a good value price (ie, good value!). Flooring was cheaper here than at other dedicated flooring stores. Lead times were generally good (times given were accurate and competitive), though two cabinet fronts were delayed after ordering (see below). Worked with Kevin Fu, who was absolutely great. He responded quickly and had helpful design suggestions. We really appreciated his laid back style that didn't put any pressure on us to make decisions ASAP and he didn't waste any of our time. Delayed cabinets: Kassa covered the installation for free (after the cabinet fronts arrived) so our project was able to move forward without issue. The Kassa tech even came back a week later to mend holes (since he didn't have the correct color at the time of the installation) and make one more adjustment to another cabinet that wasn't closing well.

Julie was the designer for our kitchen and bathroom, and she was patient with us while we picked our materials. She also helped source all our materials and returns. The quality of the materials surpassed our expectations. One thing that stood out to me was their strong attention towards client satisfaction. After the work was complete, Julie remained responsive to take care of every little minor touchup issue that I brought to their attention. She sent over her crew immediately to address any followup concerns. Regarding pricing, KASSA is very fairly priced for what's included, the service level, and the quality of work that is delivered. Overall, I'm really happy with the finished product. We have a beautiful new space and I'm grateful for our experience with KASSA.

I really wanted to love Kassa. We used their vanity for our bathroom remodels. While their customer service is on point, their products simply are not. The cabinet drawers are terrible to say the least as was one of the three integrated sinks we both. We were able to return the sink (great customer service) but now have to deal with and live with the cabinets. The finishes and the work of the cabinets are just not worth it. I would not use their products unless it's for a space sparingly used or maybe a rental.

Don't use their Contractors - they are messy and will do a crappy job, they made a big mess in our kitchen scratches our appliances and floors , furnitures, they just didnt carea the work is so sloppy wasted a lot of money hiring them.

6 months in, a couple of the cabinets have issues & while it's still under warranty they're ghosting me now. Replies to questions were in the "hours" range pre-sale and non-existent now that they can't make money off of me anymore. Had a great experience buying, so this unprofessional-ism is very disappointing.

We recently just remodeled our kitchen and I am so glad that we stumbled upon Kassa Kitchen and Bath! We shopped around and compared prices among three places and Kassa was our top choice! We got a really good deal for our kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop. Kassa has top notched, good quality products. I love how their showroom is so bright and neat! Everything is gorgeous! Carrie and Johnny were very helpful throughout the entire process; knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They respond quickly too if you have questions. We began researching kitchen remodels and came across KZ. After reading several reviews praising Kevin, we discovered Kevin again at KZS. Later, someone recommended Kevin at Kassa, and we realized it was the same highly regarded designer. Kevin proved to be a patient and skilled designer. On our first day, we met Johnny, the owner. His patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service convinced us to choose Kassa. Johnny went above and beyond by personally checking our house to ensure everything would fit perfectly. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and can't recommend Kassa enough. Our kitchen looks stunning and it's all due to Johnny.

Both Sales Carrier and Designer Kevin were incredibly nice and detail-oriented. They patiently accommodated my design changes multiple times. Great selection of cabinets and vanities. We shopped around all the popular kitchen shops - kz, granite expo, phd, etc and found this one to be competitively priced for their European style cabinets. We decided to also do a long storage bench using their wall cabinets.

It's a new location right off 101 freeway. Good selection of cabinet. The showroom is nicely decorated. We had a superb experience with designer Kevin. We really like their contemporary frameless cabinet. It looks awesome in my new kitchen now. I can tell that the white flat panel cabinet is made of high quality paint. It gives a smooth touch.

We looked all over the bay area and online to find the perfect vanity for our restroom. We need a 60" double sink and Kassa had the perfect one for us. Once we figured out the vanity we also ended up ordering our faucets, frameless shower door, and Toto towels too. Unlike others Kassa was able to get everything we needed super quickly. They even connected us with a great contractor who did quality work and did it quickly. We are super happy with our new bathroom.

5 stars by me! Why? Because their customer service went above and beyond for me. I was recommended here by one of my former colleagues Tom for custom cabinets. Upon me arrival i was greeted by a young lady name Julie who helped me design and get exact measurement of my kitchen remodel. She made sure that she my wife and i knew exactly what we wanted, it also helped a lot to actually see a 3D design which other companies lacked in their support area. After getting our quote they also went an extra step as to having one of the owners coming out to the site itself to make more exact measurements so we didn't have any mistakes. I'm glad i went with them because of their professionalism and knowledge. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I recently bought my kitchen from Kassa. Kevin assisted me and I'm very happy with the service I received. He was extremely prompt at providing me 3D designs and accurate estimates. This made it very easy to plan my kitchen. I was able to schedule a pickup and my contractor was able to pickup with ease. High quality materials with great color options were available on display. Very happy with the store and am sure to chose it if I have to again.

We bought our quartz from Kassa for our kitchen remodel and we are very satisfied with it. Kevin was helpful and very easy to work with. We ended up not using one of the quartz and the process of returning it to the warehouse is quick and easy. Would recommend others to come shop here.

I had great experience with Carrie on purchase vanity, hardwood floor and other stuff for my house renovation. She has good experience in design and modern style remodeling. One of vanity was out of stock and she is watching out for me. 5 start!！

We had a great experience designing and buying kitchen cabinets and quartz from Kassa. Kevin was very responsive and patient, spending a lot time (several discussions across days) helping us selecting styles and design details. We'll definitely come back to Kassa when we do our next remodeling.

The place is fairly new and They have good selection of bathroom vanity. I needed shower door for my bathroom and could be able to get it within 5 days. The service is very nice and not pushy. Just wish they have more choice for tiles. Will comeback for kitchen cabinets
