the signature rosted chicken is delicious, cooked just right with skin a bit crispy and meat still tender (would be even better if to be more juicy inside) , and the slices ham as of appetizer is amazing that you can’t miss! price is reasonable to the foods of its kind, and the staff and service is friendly to family with kids which is a big relief for parents 👏

We ordered the course menu and it was good value for money. The roast chicken was juicy and the skin crispy! There two sauces and it paired really well with the chicken. Also got gelato for dessert (strawberry, and almond caramel) which were also pretty good! The staff were accommodating and friendly and the food arrived pretty fast. Will definitely come back.

Signature roast chicken is great, skin is crisp and meat tender. Other side like the garlic scallop and ice cream are also wonderful sides to complement the main dish. May require booking as rather full even on a weekday night.

Delicious roast chicken - crispy skin on the outside and juicy meat on the inside. Definitely worth it! The couple’s course was good bang for the buck. Hope to be back soon bless up

the service here is outstanding. polite and friendly staff provide very warm hospitality. the table next to us was a young couple with baby… when baby start to making noise, the staff went over and provide some wooden toys to catch his attention and the baby start playing before he suppose to think about crying again 😆 the roasted chicken was delicious. crispy skin with juice meat, what else? the staff can communicated in English this is a place I will come back again and again in Karuizawa. nice beer, maybe Gelato could have been better….

Nice space; wide and comfortable. Staff is kind if a little too obsessed with the rules (90mn max; no roasted veggies outside of the box etc.). The star of the show is the chicken - you can do one full chicken for two if you skip the pasta and pizza - and it's good but be warned the sauces and seasoning are all on the sweet side. Loved all the locally sources vegetable dishes : salad etc were all fantastic and fresh. Overall recommended with a nice price performance to boot.

Excellent service and delicious food. The roast chicken is a must have. The overall experience is great. Definitely worth a visit.
