Excellent hotel, the staff, the service, room cleanliness and comfort, available parking (paid), at a great location. Didn’t eat at the restaurant just had coffee which was fine, service was high class. Overall we had a great experience staying in this hotel and being in Hannover! Thank tou

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly. However, price is high. Espresso machine should be put in the room. Old Coffee/tea machines do not meet the need any more. They have given me a fruit/sweet plate on my birth day. Thank you for the nice gesture.

Best location, easy to travel to the center of the city, breakfast has also plenty of choice. 32 Euro per person. Can book the private space for 2-3 people. The room is spacious and has a nice view. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel well located in Hannover. Exec rooms very large with opening windows which is great although the hotel wasn’t over heated or stuffy. Breakfast very good and very nice staff throughout. Limited English language tv channels.

We stayed there a week during a trade show. On booking.com I saw there by chance room prices above 1000 €. What do you get for it ? |The rooms are top notch, comfy beds and nice bathrooms.|We checked in on a Sunday evening and found out that our room ( 3rd floor) did not have internet. We informed the staff at check in, who reluctantly said they would fix it.|We told them again on Tuesday evening, having in the meantime met some of our neighbours also sitting on the stairs for getting internet. Needless to say that even on Friday when we left nobody had fixed it. I talked about it at check-out, no apology ,nada. |Breakfast is the slowest I have ever seen. When I ordered some fried eggs I was told that this would take 20 minutes. In general the staff at breakfast showed their incompetence also at other tables. Some people waited 30 minutes for their scrambled eggs|During the week we entered the hotel restaurant one evning at 20:25. It was empty and a pretty arrogant maitre told us "everything is reserved". We found a good Italian restaurant nearby. When we returned at 10 pm we heard from collegues in the bar, that nobody had eaten there. He succeeded avoiding servicing cutsomers|The only highlight in customer service in this hotel is the small bar. The long time bar chief is very friendly and fast, he makes you feel at home.||

Good, solid, traditional 5 star hotel in city center. Rooms in excellent condition, good pavement bar with nice daytime food. Breakfast was very chaotic, no-one appeared to be in charge, couldn't put in an order at the table had to go and find a waiter, wrong meals going to wrong tables, buffet empty at times, very poor. Mentioned this at checkout but they didn't seem to care either.

It is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Hannover. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms looked newly refurbished. We stayed at 2 executive rooms which were spacious and lovely. The staff at the reception and restaurant were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was basic and nicely presented. |The Bar is another story. They close early and staff not very friendly. I came late like 1 minute after the last call while staff were still working and they refused to serve me. They said order from Room service from a very limited selection.
