This hotel is located in a great location in the center of Bola along the coast. We had the most beautiful sea view from our room.The room is clean, breakfast was good, staff very friendly. Parking space not far from the hotel to which their driver untied us. Have a nice short rest, we'll get back again.

This hotel is terrible. The bathroom is so dirty with mold. It feels like you’re staying in a college dorm room. Everything‘s so cheapy, furniture towels, linen etc.. and it has zero character. Plus, you can hear loud music at night and people walking by and there’s no actual curtains. The shutters on the outside of the building don’t shut all the way, and all they have is a see-through white curtain in the room. You can see in the room still from the restaurant downstairs and there’s no blackout for sleeping. they’re missing comforters in some of the rooms. my daughters went down to ask for comforters they said don’t have anymore in the hotel and just gave them another paper, thin sheet. Insane!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't understand how it can claim to be a 3 star hotel, when in reality I wouldn't offer more than 1 star. ||I booked 2 rooms for family and 10 month old baby, but when I saw what it looked like, I left after 2 hours of staying there.||From the moment we walked in we were greeted by infernal heat and a receptionist who treated us with disgust. Then, the rooms are very old and dirty. The air conditioner doesn't really work, and the mouth that the air comes through is simply infected. In one room we had a fan, which I find unacceptable in a hotel that claims to be 3 star. The window shutters do not open, which made me feel like a prisoner.||When I reported all this to the reception, I was told that the air conditioning was working but I had to wait (this was 2 hours after I had turned it on). I waited another 2 hours at the front desk for the receptionist to speak to the manager about my situation, but got no response. However, she made me write down my contact and financial details to refund my money. The next day when I called reception to ask if they had an answer to my situation, the receptionist effectively hung up on me. After several emails, I was replied that they could not refund my money because I paid cash. Thus, I was left with 2 paid rooms, which I could not take advantage of because of the miserable conditions there. AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!

Perfect location, room with a balcony and a view to die for! Fabulous staff who made us feel so welcome. Facilities were basic but spotless and great value, wonderful vibe. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the most amazing view of the seafront was memorable. Their pizza restaurant below is also the best on Bol. Will be back.

HORRIBLE experience! The hotel is old and we did not expect luxury, but if you are paying 100 euros for B&B per person, you might expect a decent level of quality for accommodation/service. The room did not have air-condition, even though you pay for that (front desk people will tell you it just broke down, but if you do your research, you will discover it has not been not working for at least 3 years). They refused to help us with any problem/request we had, refused to give us another room, they were very unpleasant, even aggressive at times. We had to keep an open window just to breathe, which is a problem, since the balcony is directly above the night club! Partying half the night, cleaning the for the other half!|Parking (very far as well) - even if your stay is 12 hrs, you will have to pay for 2 full days (of course, you are not informed in advance). Everything here is non-negotiable, staff will not make even the tiniest effort to help you with anything. Checkout experience - horrible! "Just get lost" attitude. The staff should rethink their life choices, or the owner should rethink their staffing policy!|The nicest thing is the beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast (a decent one).

Excellent location. ||We had two rooms on the third floor. First room is small and very basic with a queen bed. |The second room had a queen and a twin for our 3 boys / teenagers. The second room is slightly larger. |The mattresses are firm so that might work for some. |Very thin and super long curtains that don’t block the light so prepared to wear an eye mask if you plan to sleep past 5:30 am in July. |Breakfast is good but not great - no fresh juices and the like. |Safe didn’t work in one of the rooms so we used the one in the other room. |No elevator, but the two floor climb isn’t bad really. |Bathroom is tiny and they only supply a single pump that a shampoo/body wash liquid preloaded. No soap bars or anything else. ||The most annoying thing though is that the room cards can’t hold their programming for more than a couple of hours. We were up and down reprogramming cards throughout our stay. ||We didn’t try the restaurant at night.||No parking options other than a rented lot that is a 10 min walk up a very steep hill. Be prepared.

Great location, in a beautiful part of Bol with pretty views over the harbour. Hotel was very clean and acceptable for 3 stars. However the reason for my poor review is the fact that the air conditioning in the room was terrible and hardly worked; even after hours of being on full capacity. The rooms were advertised as having AC and trying to sleep after a 35C day was awful with essentially no AC in the room. Once this is fixed, I would recommend the hotel. For now, I will not be back.

Hotel Kastil||Perfekt location, very close to everything - shops, restaurants, the sea, bus station, harbor, buildings, wine tastery, walking areas…so beautiful! ||Excellent free wifi.||Ordinary ”beige” room, comfortabe double bed, quite large fridge, wine glasses, good bedlamps and |el. sockets. Very, very small balcony (even for 1 chair!) but with nice sea-view (211).||Bathroom nice and updated though lack of hooks. No (plastic) glass for tothbrush. |Two persons might consider a standard double room very much too small. ||No lifts.||Nightlife in hotel area ended around 23.00 hrs = silent nights. |Dark extra window-doors. Textile lught curtains at least 60 cms too long (why?)||NOTE:|Very Poor cleaning/ the daily cleaning took max 3 minutes and was only to fold the sheet, push up the cusions & fold the bathroom carpet. The toilet was not cleaned during 5 nights statmy, no roomcarpet vacuum, no cleaning of vine glasses or shelfs.||Other/hotels photos |Breakfast ordinary / good & fresh but not as excellent shown in hotel photos and no serving at table - it is self service!|Nice large outside breakfast area under sun/rain protection roof, perfect seaview. ||No "art-towels" or sweets on bed as shown in hotel photos. ||See also my cleening comments.
