Kata Beach

Stunning beach at dusk. There were so many surfers and it was really pretty. Nice to walk along. A little dirty here and there but generally really well kept.

Easily the most enjoyable beach experience if you head here slightly early in the day. Tons of beach beds that are handled by the attendant, but also enough space at the ends to swim quietly and away from all things commercial. The currents here are also a lot more manageable and do not pose as much of a safety risk as some of the other beaches. Could see a lot of families with young children enjoying themselves in the water.

Gorgeous sunsets. Great for surfing, jumping waves and swimming around. Bring some cash if you're intending on using the beach beds, they're $100 pax

Imagine a lovely beach where the soft sound of waves gently rolling onto the shore creates a super chill vibe. It’s the perfect place to kick back, relax, and soak up the peaceful surroundings, all while taking in the gorgeous coastal views. Not as crowded as Patong Beach.

Lovely Phuket beach to sit and watch the sunset. The beach is clean and the water is nice and clear. The only negative side is that if you have a car, it's kind of difficult to park somewhere when it's busy. you most likely have to park on the side of the road when there is a place available. It might be more convenient to go by foot or motorcycle.

A great beach to swim in. It does get a bit crowded during sunset but never too crowded. The views are great.

Helloo ⭐️ Sunset is beautiful, the sea is beautiful, the beach is public, there are sun loungers for a fee of 100 baht. The sea is sandy and not deep.

Kata beach has stolen my family's hearts forever. We have been to Phuket annually for the last 13 years and have stayed at many of the beaches. Kata is the best and beautiful beach with a family safe atmosphere. The water is shallow and I never worry about drowning here. There is the night walking street market with abundance of food and shopping. The best is the beach w soft waves, pristine emerald waters, white sand.
