Kata Noi Beach

We been in a few places in Thailand and overall this was the beast beach. Clean (given the standards elsewhere), shallow entry and some nice spots for snorkeling. Not counting other more remote places where you need a boat to get to. At the end of the 30 day trip I wished I stayed here for at least 20.

Kata Noi Beach (หาดกะตะน้อย) One of the most peaceful and beautiful beaches in Phuket. The water is incredibly clear with a soft turquoise shade, and the sand is clean and smooth—perfect for relaxing or taking photos. It’s much quieter than Kata Beach, which makes it ideal if you want a calm and less crowded spot. There are a few local shops and cafés nearby, but the beach itself stays very natural. Waves can get a bit strong depending on the season, so it’s great for swimming when calm and fun for light surfing when waves pick up. Clean, scenic, and super relaxing. A must-visit if you’re in Phuket!

The most gorgeous beach! So quiet, calm, peaceful. Perfect view, Turquoise water, located between the rocks. Amazing!

The most beautiful beach we went in Phuket so far. It’s surrounded by resorts and has terrible access. Trying to get back from this beach to Old Town during 5:30 until 8-9pm will take you probably 1-1:30hs.

My favorite beach. Wide shore with less people than Kata beach, if you stay at Katathani everything is all set. It depends on what kinda atmosphere you want at the beach though. I continue to visit this place many times 🇯🇵🛫🇹🇭

Kata Noi Beach in Phuket is such a beautiful and relaxing place! The water is clear, the sand is soft, and it’s surrounded by lovely green hills. The waves are a bit bigger than at other beaches, which makes it even more fun to swim and play around. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, take great photos, and just have a fun, relaxing day by the sea! 🌴☀️🌊

One of the best beaches in Phuket for swimming. It has a long fine sand. The price is 100 baht per sunbed. They collect the sunbeds at 18:00 PM.

The views from here were awesome and great place to relax, BUT like it's neighboring beaches, you're immediately greeted with so much rubbish. There's some parts that are less trashy than others. Even in the water, You'll be swimming with plastic bags. It's not just ropes or fishing lines, but general trash as well. I've seen toothbrushes and food packaging. There's no rinse off station and you'll have to pay to use the bathroom. Most of the beach is taken over by beach chairs that are for rent. Lifeguards are present in this location.
