My Girlfriend and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Kata Rocks. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, They were attentive, friendly and always happy to help. The room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The stunning views from our private pool made it hard to leave. Dinner was also fantastic, everything we ordered was full of flavor. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay special!

Kara Rocks is absolutely amazing. I think most people already know how luxurious and beautiful the location is. While it can be a little challenging to get there with your own vehicle—since it’s located on top of a hill—it’s definitely worth the effort. Once you arrive, you can enjoy the restaurant and bar, which offer a great selection of food prepared by skilled chefs. The best time to go is around 5 to 6 PM, so you can catch the stunning sunset over Kata Beach while you dine or have a drink. It’s truly a perfect spot for a special evening.

We are on our last night staying at Kata Rocks through a Luxury Escapes deal and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay.||The villa was stunning, with breathtaking views, every modern amenities required for a week stay even a washing machine, and thoughtful touches that added to the luxury feel. The pool and in-room facilities were impeccable, making it hard to leave the comfort of our private space.||Dining was also a highlight — delicious food paired with top-tier service and incredible views, don’t forget desert they were amazing ! . Every detail of our stay felt curated for relaxation and indulgence.||In a good location if you want to be away from the busy Patong area. Easy to walk to beach using the Hotel buggy and shops are near by, getting taxi’s or using the grab transport made it easy when venturing out, we did use the hotel transport but found this to be a little expensive.||We highly recommend Kata Rocks for anyone looking for a luxury escape with outstanding service and unforgettable scenery. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed six nights on a Luxury Escapes package in Villa #501, One bedroom ocean pool with Loft. From the moment we were collected by private transfer from the airport in Phuket to our resort, we were treated with care and attention. The Villa was on the same level as the restaurant , bar and spa with amazing pool and ocean views to the sunset. Complimentary fruit basket, soft drinks, beer ,water and fresh flowers were replenished each day with turndown service each evening with sweet treats and the next days forecast. We appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and clothes horse. Touch pads for all the lighting, air conditioning and blinds took a little while to work out, but we got there. Breakfast was a la carte with good coffee and fruit juices, dinner , which we chose , had a decent selection of Thai and western food along with a delicious home made bread , olive oil and balsamic, as a starter. ( we felt the wine was expensive, so just popped into a bottle shop and picked up a great NZ wine for 1000 baht, which we drank in our room)|Spa experience was first class and so relaxing.|We used the Kata Rocks mobile on many occasions and the Kata Stars buggy team to take us up to the beach or main road. Superb service with the amazing, friendly staff. We had a fantastic stay at KR and wish to sincerely thank management for spoiling my husband on his birthday, with balloons, cake, towel art . Five star all the way 😊

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We went for a VIP day pass. Beautiful setting, with infinity pool looking out to sea. Staff were very friendly and we felt spoilt. Definitely recommend and will revisit. The food and cocktails were very good. Fabulous luxurious treat

We personally dined at the restaurant last night without staying in the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Although pricey, it was great! We arrived and were taken on a fun golf kart ride to the restaurant, which was super fun and interesting!||We sat down and had waiters place napkins on our laps, offer complimentary bottled water, and were really happy with the exceptional service. They offered complimentary sourdough bread with a selection of olive oils and salts, all presented by the waiter extremely kindly.||We ordered the chicken satay for starter and it was lovely. I ordered the Massaman Beef Cheek and the meat was extremely tender and tasty. A lovely dish. My wife ordered a vegetarian dish that was great too.||For dessert, we ordered the Pumpkin Tart and we were so delighted with the taste! The food quality, service, atmosphere and overall experience was exceptional. Definitely a must try in Phuket.||Just ensure you can spend a little bit more than usual :)

It was my wife’s birthday and the team at Kata rocks made her day! On special request they prepared a Rock shaped cake and our villa was decorated too. |Hospitality, View, cleanliness, food everything was top notch.||They have breathtaking view and the best sunset view right from villa!

Our experience at Kata Rocks was deeply disappointing. We stayed in Villa 501, located next to the forest, and unfortunately, the pool and surrounding area were consistently unclean. The morning breakfast buffet was underwhelming and far below expectations. That said, the à la carte menu was quite good, and the views from the resort are undeniably stunning. However, guests should be aware that the resort enforces a strict cancellation policy. We were charged the full amount for an unused night, despite providing valid reasons and supporting documentation for our early departure. The management’s lack of flexibility and understanding was very disheartening.
