Great vibes at Katalin in Uppsala Loved the cozy yet lively atmosphere — the place has character, from the cool chandelier over the bar to the chalkboard drink menu. Great drink selection, friendly crowd, and a stage set up for live music adds to the charm. Perfect spot for a relaxed night out with good vibes and a glass of wine.

Was there for Blues Pills concert, Dinner was great, Huge portions and nice flavors. Concert hall is small but perfect for a great sound and spacious enough not to feel crowded, Tables for dinner are in the back with great view of stage and not too far back either. Can't wait for more visits back.

Went to see Walter Trout. Great show and a small friendly venue with great bar staff which is really unusual in Sweden.

Personally I find it the highest quality bar in Uppsala. Nice vibes, good decoration and plenty of music events. Two downsides are the price and the fact that it closes super early.

I keep coming back mostly for the vibe and the outdoor area. A beer in the sun with some cool jazz is hard to beat even with the expensive beer. An institution in a good setting. Love Katalin jazz bar , cosy and intimate space, terrific and varied artists. A must if you are in town.

Nice place to taste local food and feeling. The fish soup was so gorgeous, I can not tell în words how nice - smell and taste. Also close to the bus and train stations. If you have time and you don't need to be hungry, try it.

No service no manners unpleasant crew I was visiting Uppsala from overseas and spose to meet a friend at Katalin my overseas phone did not work so asked for a pass code for internet so i could contact my friend via whatsupp the answer was we dont give out pass code hej dudes was middle of no where in Turkey in a small village cafe they gave out pass codes 1/2 waited for someone to order food and drinks to one showed up need to go to the bar with my suitcase to order a beer waited 15 minutes in lines terible terrible 15 years ago it was a great place in a small building today it us huge and worthkess thats what i call getting rotten spoiled never ever again will visit this place

Beautiful interior that is both roomy and cozy. It definitely has the best stage in Uppsala although the bands are only good 60% of the time. It's still a great place for a beer and to dance :)
