I’ve been using Katapult faithfully since 2022 and always paid everything on time. Despite that, they still added all kinds of unnecessary and crazy fees. Now that I’ve moved and just wanted to update my address, they’re asking for what feels like my entire life’s information just to make a simple change. Their customer service is terrible unhelpful, rude, and not willing to work with you.
I used to recommend them, but not anymore. Save yourself the headache — Klarna and Afterpay are much better options and way more customer-friendly
