Katapult

Placed an order using katapult and they removed the money from my account for the initial payment but there was a problem with sears so the order never happened. Contacted them the same day as the order to tell them and they put a cancellation notice in. I am still yet to have my money deposited back into my account. Took it out immediately but can’t put it back. Sent an email and got no response. What a way to make a name for yourself, never had any problem with Klarna or koalifi as this was the first and last time I will be using them. Horrible customer service. Do you tell me to contact your customer service where I get the rudest most inconsiderate women I’ve ever talked to in 47 years of life and absolutely nothing was resolved. If this isn’t corrected by the end of this week it’s lucky for me my wife is an attorney and a very good one at that because you will be receiving a letter and this will be posted on every social media site and review site on the face of this planet.

I requested a cancellation beginning of December with an order through Ikea and they stated I wouldn’t get my money back if returned through Katapult. I returned the merchandise to Ikea and got a FULL REFUND. they couldn’t give me the virtual card number to receive the credit back of $2700.00+ and now won’t respond and answer emails they just send automated emails stating my lease is still due and I’m responsible but they are so quick to take money out of my account but want nothing to do with processing my refund. From Friday 12/26-12-30 I have yet received a virtual card number and have yet to get a call back from the manager to confirm the refund. Just denials. No wonder yall have a 1 star rating. Katapult is ridiculous and I won’t recommend yall to anyone and I will be making sure it’s known how yall conduct business.

Scam company that sells your information. Got pre-approved then they denied me over and over once I was ready to place my order. They aren't a real lender, they lure you in so you apply then they sell your information. Now I have an inquiry on my credit report for no reason.

I’ve been using Katapult faithfully since 2022 and always paid everything on time. Despite that, they still added all kinds of unnecessary and crazy fees. Now that I’ve moved and just wanted to update my address, they’re asking for what feels like my entire life’s information just to make a simple change. Their customer service is terrible unhelpful, rude, and not willing to work with you. I used to recommend them, but not anymore. Save yourself the headache — Klarna and Afterpay are much better options and way more customer-friendly

Leased and item, paid in full early. Leasing another and was charged 84.00 randomly. Turns out the product I received was what I ordered yet they're trying to charge me for a totally different brand- more expensive. I'm not paying for their ineptitude. I have proof of delivery of item I ordered. Not what they claim I received. (Now they admit it's not correct in their app) They say they paid the cost of a totally different item than I received. Then say it's basically my problem to figure out, although they are the ones who made a 100.00 "mistake ". They claim they can't fix their screw up, and I should figure it out. No. What will happen is my bank will block them and recoup my costs thus far. They can fix it or it's their loss. Folks, read the reviews! 1.7 ??? Katapult, fix it or lose it.

Company is trash. Impossible to deal with. Take hours to build a cart then it doesn't work, support is worthless and then you find out items aren't supported. You get approved for an amount and then when you go to use the service, they don't let it go through. Don't waist your time.

i had trouble with the card they gave me being accepted on amazon everytime i tried to buy what i was trying to get it kept saying payment not accepted but the lease was still active i called had the lease canceled and i tried again with another card they gave me and it accepted it thank you for helping me out!

Thank you all for the honest reviews. I WILL NOT be financing through them. After reading my terms and conditions I decided to look at their reviews which confirmed everything. No wonder I have never heard of them very sketchy
