The employees are super nice and helpful The room was very basic , very clean and the bed was comfortable However , I’m a light sleeper and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the road There is not soundproofing windows and the noise penetrating the room In the middle of the night they tried to help and gave me a different room facing to the other side , it helped a bit and still I could here noise I had to leave this hotel sooner than expected To sum up , it’s a nice place for people who wanna save some money and get the basics

Central location, great breakfast, clean rooms, roof terrace and a lovely little pool that you'll often have all to yourself. The best part was the staff who were just wonderful. 100% recommend staying here

My 10th staying at this hotel and it keeps getting better.  Everything comfortable nice and clean.  Staff attentive.  Bathrooms are small but its amazing how a good comfortable bed and night sleep can make up for all other things.  I look forward to my next stay.

This hotel is so cute! We really enjoyed our time here! The street to get here is very narrow which I would say is one of two downsides, the second is the shower layout, no matter what you do the toilet paper gets soaking wet and the shower head won’t stay where you want or need it. But a very comfortable hotel in a great area! The breakfast was VERY good and the service was so kind. The lobby dog was also very cute and the bed SO COMFORTABLE! Tysm

Currently sitting in their pool as we speak ! We absolutely love this little boutique hotel. So close to everything, incredibly nice hotel staff. They gave us kitkats with a Valentine’s Day card and offer free unlimited water bottles. The breakfast that’s included is delicious. Although the rooms are a little small the great hospitality and location makes it all worth it. Highly recommend for solo traveller or couples. Rooms might feel small for families.

Amazing place overall. Especially the service, everyone was super kind and helpful. I really want to thank them for keeping our luggage for 5 days after we checked out while we were on the Mae Hong Son loop - free of charge! The rooms are on the smaller side, but nothing major if you don't plan to spend a lot of time inside. Would definitely come back :)

This is a cozy and modern hotel run by really wonderful and friendly staff. The location is excellent in that it’s within walking distance of the old town but set back from the hustle and bustle so it’s quite quiet. The only down side was the rooms. Although they’re modern and have super comfy beds, they are very small. There’s no wardrobe or place to properly hang any clothes and the bathroom has some serious design faults- it’s not possible to sit on the toilet with the door open and the bathroom floods every time you have a shower due to the fact that it’s not enclosed. It had a tiny pool and a gym which has two machines- that’s all. I appreciate the gesture to have one but I think the space could probably be better used as it doesn’t ever seem to be used. Breakfast was included which was nice and it was tasty but unfortunately you had to order it the night before. I’m not sure the reason for this as much of the ingredients are the same- it would be nice if you could choose on the morning. |Notwithstanding the drawbacks, I felt welcomed and enjoyed my stay very much. Chiang Mai is an incredible city and the staff at this hotel do it justice.
