awesome coffee and soft mattress! newish, clean and friendly staff. unfortunately thats it for me. the rooms are super tiny, bathroom as well. also the bed. it wasnt enjoyable for two persons. for breakfast u have to order one dish from a menu the day before. no buffet available. the food was tasty tho. the pool size isnt worth getting your swimsuit wet. its 15-20 mins walking to the old city. quiet area close to the party street. although there isnt much traffic, windows and doors arent good enough to protect u from tuk tuks passing by early morning. its a nice hotel but u will find better ones! we paid 55 usd per room. same as we paid for our hotel in bangkok in sukhumvit which offered a larger room, king size bed and a large breakfast buffet until 12

Unique boutique hotel on a quiet street in good location. Hotel has its own small parking lot available next door. Room and bathroom, as advertised, are quite small: reminded me of my boat cabin on Halong Bay. Bed was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and lovely.

The room was quite small for two people and not very clean. Both the room and the hotel corridors would benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom sink was blocked, and the furniture seemed worn and in need of an update. However, the breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing — very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Absolute terrible hotel. AC was leaking, sheets and walls are stained, and the place is filled with bugs given the room door is connected to the outside. Asked for changes but sheets still dirty and terrible. Pool is disgusting, always empty. Stay away!

The employees are super nice and helpful The room was very basic , very clean and the bed was comfortable However , I’m a light sleeper and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the road There is not soundproofing windows and the noise penetrating the room In the middle of the night they tried to help and gave me a different room facing to the other side , it helped a bit and still I could here noise I had to leave this hotel sooner than expected To sum up , it’s a nice place for people who wanna save some money and get the basics

My 10th staying at this hotel and it keeps getting better. Everything comfortable nice and clean. Staff attentive. Bathrooms are small but its amazing how a good comfortable bed and night sleep can make up for all other things. I look forward to my next stay.

This hotel is so cute! We really enjoyed our time here! The street to get here is very narrow which I would say is one of two downsides, the second is the shower layout, no matter what you do the toilet paper gets soaking wet and the shower head won’t stay where you want or need it. But a very comfortable hotel in a great area! The breakfast was VERY good and the service was so kind. The lobby dog was also very cute and the bed SO COMFORTABLE! Tysm

Currently sitting in their pool as we speak ! We absolutely love this little boutique hotel. So close to everything, incredibly nice hotel staff. They gave us kitkats with a Valentine’s Day card and offer free unlimited water bottles. The breakfast that’s included is delicious. Although the rooms are a little small the great hospitality and location makes it all worth it. Highly recommend for solo traveller or couples. Rooms might feel small for families.
