I was with a small tour group. The person working there didnt seem pleased to see us - we had attempted to contact the winery beforehand but had no answer so we just came.
I placed an order to be delivered to Queensland. To my surprise no payment was taken, although I filled out an order form and gave my payment details. Now some days later, still no payment taken and no evidence of wines being dispatched. It bothers me that my payment details are sitting around there. I attempted to make contact via the website but no reply! If you are not going to supply my order, please remove my payment details from your system.
**Since writing this they have made contact. They had assumed I was joining their wine club; I explained that no, I was trying to make a one-time order. As they had not placed or filled my order I requested they cancel it and remove my details from their system, which they did.
