Excellent location, with some better maintenance, TLC and service could be awesome!

At first I thought ok, not bad, the room look nice and clean. But then, I found hairs on my pillowcase, humidity bugs all over the bathroom, and music all night long I still have no idea from where,made me totally change my mind and I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone I know or care about....😡 Even the breakfast they "offer" is the worst Hotel breakfast I have ever seen, with very little food options.

The room was beaten up, not like in the photo. I found hairs in the bed, most of the furniture was broken, and the place felt dirty in general. The staff weren't well trained, gave little to no information, and were often nowhere to be found. Additionally, I didn't find them particularly friendly at all. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, and held in the closed patio of the restaurant next door, no curtains, so when it was sunny it was a sauna. We weren't allowed to go into the restaurant to escape the heat, even though it wasn't open yet to the public. The location is actually pretty nice to visit Peniche and in February, experience Carnaval festivities.

Well, no more. Staff cannot speak fully english, breakfasts are terrible - 2 types of cheese, 2 types of ham, one salam. No eggs, no vegetables... And cockroach in bathroom... I am sorry, this "hotel" was a really mistake for me and my team.

I was truly surprised about the place. I saw their reviews on google and though omg after reading some peoples complaints. But staff was super friendly to me, room was clean and warm, super comfy bed. Hairdryer (when normaly they don’t have this in these type of hotels). Wifi went perfect, I had to make two zoom calls in the morning… so I really have no doubt I will book here again. Also the price I payed for the room was super good… (40€). The hotel is correct and fine! I guess people expect to get 5star hotel on cheaper places…

Overall good experience, nice breakfast options (they had brie cheese let's goooo), clean rooms, towels, and air conditioning working (thank God), though the shower doors did not prevent the water from coming out, it was a hassle to have to try to prevent any leakage of water.

Picture does not correspond to room, cockroach found in room, hair dryer broken. Reception often left unattended, staff not experienced with compensating the customer for bad experience. Do NOT recommend. Find another place for the sake of your vacations and your hard earned money.

Good value, clean and a good breakfast. We found the staff to be friendly and everything worked well. The only slight downside is the lack of parking outside meaning you have to bring your bags from wherever you can park nearby. Overall very good indeed.
