Katerina mare

Staying at Katerina Mare was the best part of our trip. Just writing the review gives me goose bumps. We were a family of 9 and we loved it here. Dimitra, Yannis and Ms. Katerina were so hospitable. We honestly felt like family. THE VIEW!!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes, what a pleasure to wake up to the view each day. The terrace is inviting and beautiful. The hotel is close to all amenities, restaurants, stores, walking around, beach - everything is close by. I cannot wait to return, and I would stay longer.

Our stay was incredible. The deck views were better than we had hoped, the whole staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful each day, and the location is unbeatable for walking Naousa. The location is set above the sea level so the views extend over white buildings, a nearby beach, and the water. The neighborhood is quiet and just far enough from the restaurants and pedestrian traffic to be relaxed and still quick to get anywhere we wanted to be. We would love to visit again some time.

The Katerina Mare has a fantastic view of the ocean. Our room had two bedrooms, one bath and a private terrace. The rooms are very clean and simple with brilliant windows that open or tilt. There are stairs to get to Naousa, but we didn’t find them a problem. The hotel is quiet and private. Since there isn’t a common dining area and breakfast is not included in the price, there is little opportunity to talk with other guests. This could be a plus or a minus depending on which you prefer. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Katerina Mare. It's location close to town and the beach is ideal, and if you're traveling on a budget the terrace is a perfect place to drink your own cocktails, eat your own snacks and watch the sun go down. Our little studio was very nice and they were super helpful with our transportation to and from the ports for our ferries and boat tour.

Our daughter booked our stay here. New to Greece! This quaint but beautiful place was spectacular. Unpretentious but beautiful. The owners bent over backwards to meet our humble needs. They were wonderful and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

We’re checking out of Katerina Mare after a 3 day stay and I wanted to take a minute to share the amazing experience we had. The property is family owned and the customer service is exceptional. They knew us by name when we entered reception and checked in several times to make sure we were having a good experience. The view from our room looked like a green screen - one of the best we’ve seen. We had our own private balcony and the room was perfect for what we needed. Added bonus that the shower pressure was amazing and the bed/pillows were super comfy. Hotel location is ideal - about a 5 minute walk to a beach and center of Naoussa with dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping. I could not recommend this place enough and huge shoutout to Dimitra and her family for making us feel at home.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is situated in an ideal location and the views are exceptional. Piperi Beach is literally down some steps and across the street. Center of town a quick 4-5 minute walk. The rooms were impeccably clean and looked like new. Dimitra, Ioanni and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Katerina herself was a sweetheart and we enjoyed talking to her. And there is a little market directly across the street that is run by my new friend Stelios. We strongly recommend the hotel, as well as Pita Frank’s at the center of town.

Great location in quiet neighborhood 5 min walk to central Paros. Fabulous view from deck with furniture for lounging. Owners great at keeping place clean and are very responsive. Room was comfortable and clean and well renovated. They provide beach towels for the beach which is less than 5 minutes walk. They recommended a car rental company which met us at the ferry and dropped us off. Very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and visit. Will definitely stay here again if we return.
