Kathmandu Peace Guest House

We loved staying at Kathmandu Peace Guest House, it has become our go-to in Kathmandu! The location is perfect - extremely close to everything you need in Thamel, but just a quick walk away, tucked down a quiet street that is more peaceful than the busy tourist zone. The owner is so friendly, accommodating, and kind. The rooms are clean, air conditioned (ours was, but I believe there are options), and had everything we needed. And the rooftop is a lovely place to watch the sun set over the city. Definitely recommend!

I had a lovely stay at peace guest house. I came back again for a 2nd time. The owner is super kind and friendly. Always willing to help with anything you need. It's set back from the main road so it's quiet and safe at night time.

Stayed a night to catch a early bus to Pokhara we are kicking our selves for not staying here longer! The location is perfect, the rooms were very clean, the staff were so amazingly friendly! Would highly recommend you stay here! Thank you!

A great place to stay in Kathmandu. Easy access to Thamel, very close to tourist bus stop if one wishes to travel to Pokhara for example. Quiet, right next to it there's a very good restaurant. Our room and bathroom were very clean, bed very comfy. WiFi worked just great.Such a friendly and helpful staff. We had a flight in the evening and although we checked out in the morning there was no problem to leave the luggage and collect it later. I will definitely stay there again.

Located on the edge of Thamel & tucked away enough so that you get a good nights sleep.||The rooms are basic but sufficient, without any bells or whistles. Our bathroom was extremely small, which meant the toilet & sink got drenched every time the shower was used. Hot water was available at all times.||The owner & his family were extremely friendly & very helpful with any questions we had, including booking an early taxi for us for the transfer to the airport. ||I would stay here again if I return to Tamil in the future.

The hosts are so helpful and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. There are at least 2 great restaurants, just steps away. I stayed there when I arrived in Kathmandu and chose to return as I left.

I enjoyed staying at Kathmandu Peace Guest House. It's located in great location where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and modern. Wifi is very fast. Staff is super friendly. I'm really enjoying my time and feeling safe.
