We bought a jacket for our daughter for Christmas at the Black Friday sales. When she opened the present, the jacket had some faint stains on the back.
My daughter tried to exchange the jacket only to be accused of lying, washing the jacket and changing the tags.
The sales lady wrapped the jacket into a ball at time of purchase which went into a bag. Then, it was gift wrapped in the same ball, the sales lady put it in, untouched until Christmas Day. Upon opening, it was tried on and noticed the faint stains on the back.
Really disappointed with the customer service received upon the return of the product. My daughter instantly treated as a liar, and only after a couple of phone calls from myself, she was issued with a voucher for the purchase price, unlikely to find the jacket for Black Friday pricing.
