Katibawasan falls is a popular tourist attraction, and is usually used to represent Camiguin Island (e.g., as emblazoned in t-shirts). In fact, on approach to the falls proper, the visitor is met by the large sign Camiguin!
The visitor has to manage a zigzagging trail down to the pool where the falls empties. At specific points along the route, they can have pictures taken with the breathtaking falls as background.
Trekkers should be careful not to slip on the smooth boulders that dot the trail!
