The view from this hotel is unreal, with the most iconic backdrop: Oia, Santorini. Across the property, you get stunning views of Oia, the caldera, and the ocean. What I enjoyed most was that it’s off the main tourist path. The hotel sits on the cliff but not in the crowded center, so you still have privacy and peace. Mornings are calm and quiet on the private verandas. The staff was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Theresia Restaurant was easily one of the best dinners of the trip. Absolutely worth it. One thing to note, and this applies to most cliffside hotels, is that the stairs are steep and there’s a lot of walking up and down. If you have any mobility issues, it can be challenging. The hotel offers direct access to the main walkway from the suites, which is very convenient. Another thing worth mentioning is that the electricity flickers on and off at times. It’s not specific to the hotel, but rather an island-wide issue caused by the grid being overloaded during peak season. But it didn’t really affected our stay.

We had such a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Christos was especially great. His knowledge of the Island and of the local wines was superb and he was so friendly.||The hotel is ideally located to walk into Oia and also to get great sunset views.

Staff, experience, and rooms are exquisite. Pool, views, service, meals all 10 out of 10. Was given many great local recommendations for food and activities by staff members that were all excellent. Very attentive to your every need and the grounds are so well kept and so beautiful.

There are not many entrances to a hotel in the world like that at KK. Gives me goosebumps just writing this. The design and layout of the hotel, the way the rooms are basically 5 star caves, the refinement of the decor, the bright whiteness of all the stone, everything is impeccable. And then you add to that the service... The team literally cannot do enough for you. Example, we wanted to buy a particular bottle of Greek brandy so I texted the concierge on WhatsApp (all guests have this service and they are unbelievable). I got an immediate reply, Christos, the F&B manager was on the case. 20 minutes later he came to me, in person, on my day bed to give me an update. A couple of hours later they had found a supplier (their supplier didn't have it), they called the shop, told them we were coming and then gave us directions. This epitomizes their service ethos. Elisabetta, the sommelier, asking if we wanted our last glass of wine from the bottle in our room, she then brought everything to us. Ricky sincerely telling Louise how wonderful she was looking when we went out in the evening, I could go on - the service here is absolutely world class. I have already thanked the hotel but want to do so here with this review to recognise the culture Leo and his team have built. ||I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world and stay at some of its best hotels and this was the absolute best. We are so grateful for the 5 days we had with everyone. Shout out to Athena, Fernandes and Bill as well for their outstanding service.

We stayed here 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! Everything about this property is exceptional; from the amazing food and incredible staff we highly recommend staying here! Maria checked in with us every morning to assist with any recommendations or assistance we needed for the day. They communicated via WhatsApp to help schedule our transfers and dinners. Angel at the spa did wonderful treatments. Absolutely breathtaking views from every spot on the property! And the front desk, restaurant and bellman staff were warm and welcoming, we will definitely be back!

The hotel is on the side of a hill. The steps are very steep and you feel like you are going to fall. No railings. The room is small for paying $1000 or more a day. The electricity goes off several times a day. This place is a joke. Would never come back. DON'T STAY HERE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!! Cheap owners!!!!!

We had an amazing time with Katikies Kirini. The staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Ms. Lina, always made sure our room was cleaned and stocked. We always came back to a clean room, it was such a nice feeling!!

Returned here for our 15th Anniversary. We were not disappointed. Service was top-shelf. We stayed in “suite 16”. Honeymoon suite. Private pool with privacy and an amazing view. Everything 5-Star!!! Thank you again!!!!
