There are not many entrances to a hotel in the world like that at KK. Gives me goosebumps just writing this. The design and layout of the hotel, the way the rooms are basically 5 star caves, the refinement of the decor, the bright whiteness of all the stone, everything is impeccable. And then you add to that the service... The team literally cannot do enough for you. Example, we wanted to buy a particular bottle of Greek brandy so I texted the concierge on WhatsApp (all guests have this service and they are unbelievable). I got an immediate reply, Christos, the F&B manager was on the case. 20 minutes later he came to me, in person, on my day bed to give me an update. A couple of hours later they had found a supplier (their supplier didn't have it), they called the shop, told them we were coming and then gave us directions. This epitomizes their service ethos. Elisabetta, the sommelier, asking if we wanted our last glass of wine from the bottle in our room, she then brought everything to us. Ricky sincerely telling Louise how wonderful she was looking when we went out in the evening, I could go on - the service here is absolutely world class. I have already thanked the hotel but want to do so here with this review to recognise the culture Leo and his team have built. ||I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world and stay at some of its best hotels and this was the absolute best. We are so grateful for the 5 days we had with everyone. Shout out to Athena, Fernandes and Bill as well for their outstanding service.

We stayed here 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! Everything about this property is exceptional; from the amazing food and incredible staff we highly recommend staying here! Maria checked in with us every morning to assist with any recommendations or assistance we needed for the day. They communicated via WhatsApp to help schedule our transfers and dinners. Angel at the spa did wonderful treatments. Absolutely breathtaking views from every spot on the property! And the front desk, restaurant and bellman staff were warm and welcoming, we will definitely be back!

This is the perfect place to experience and photograph Santorini. We spent four nights in late May and the weather was perfect. |The views are beautiful, the food delicious, accommodations clean and inviting, the staff exceptional. |There are a lot of steps to get around the hotel, but room service is absolutely willing to bring you whatever you need- ice, a plate (for the olive oil we purchased from the monastery), napkins, food and drink, etc. |We are definitely coming back and bringing our friends. This is my new favorite place for a romantic getaway.

Katikies Kirini Santorini is simply stunning. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool overlooking the caldera—easily one of the most beautiful spots in Oia. The location is ideal, with a peaceful setting and just a short, scenic walk to the famous sunset street and the heart of town. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, with fresh pastries, cheeses, fruits, and savory dishes. The only thing I’d point out is the breakfast time—starting at 8:00 AM might feel a bit late for early risers. An earlier option would be a nice touch. Still, I couldn’t bring myself to give anything less than 5 stars because the staff were outstanding—incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made us feel completely at home and took care of every detail with a smile. If you’re visiting Santorini and want an unforgettable luxury experience with soul, Katikies Kirini is the place to be.

Our stay at Katikies Kirini was decent. They claim to be a 5 star hotel without actually meeting the necessary requirements. Our start to our honeymoon was complete chaos and I feel like the price paid for the honeymoon suite was definitely not worth it. We stayed next to a housekeeping shed that creates noise all day long and when they “cleaned” our room they left our pool towels from the night prior. If I had to do it all over again I would choose to stay elsewhere.

Room is 5 star Location is 5 star but for service I truly wish they had more star. I have stayed at many places around the world but I have never seen such an incredible staff with smile and great service. Over all this is the best place to stay in Santorini.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and beyond a 5-star luxury spa experience||The spa at Katikies Kirini Santorini was one of the highlights of our trip. It was tranquil, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to relax. The staff, Costas, Iris and Angel were amazing and attentive throughout.||There were so many lovely products to sample, and I was given an incredibly generous goody bag to take home. ||Everything felt thoughtful, personal and luxurious. It soothed my senses and slowed down time while I was in there. Deep thanks go to the whole spa team – from Sam at Oneworld Travel.

Stella is really nice and polite. She patiently show us around the hotel and where to visit. The resort is awesome with fantastic views and the room is extraordinary clean! We were offered a complimentary champagne as well. We will for sure visit again!
