The staff never cleans up after customers, so there's a lot of trash on the tables. Be ready to clean up after others by yourself.

In Katinat they use single use plastic cups and straws even for drinks consumed there. It’s like Vietnam doesn’t have a huge enough problem with trash, and that Hanoi air pollution doesn’t exist. It’s a new brand but very old mindset of “business as usual “ (the world may collapse as long as they make some đ on each of the drinks…). The place is very noisy from people and loud music (it’s like they want you to drink fast and leave, which would perfectly fit their business model). The drinks are half filled with ice, with actually more ice than drink, and very sweet even you ask them « not sweet ». It’s like they don’t know where to save money anymore… so they save on quality, not even surprising.

Purchased a Vietnamese white hot coffee. The amount in the cup was very low. I asked the server if it was normal and she said yes. I don't think it IA a food value.

Very nice place with many floors and view to the West Lake. Nice tiramisu and the coconut coffee is tasty!

Visited here today and had two Hibi Tea. it was mostly jelly and sugar, flavor was ok but not refreshing as a drink. I was there one hour and paid 138K to Katinat and 10k for parking. While the Viet person I met there spent 0 and was charged 0 for parking. I have no issue paying for parking but I have a massive problem paying such a high parking fee (usually places charge only 5k) just because of my race. Absolutely vile in my opinion. This abusive behavior reflects poorly on Vietnam. Nearly a decade here and it has never happened to me before so.... the shop replied to me and said they "reviewed all the cameras within our premises and did not find your vehicle parked here" i parked following their signage from the lower to upper street level. "the footage also shows that you walked in from the shop area" because you park following their signage up an incline to the upper street area. You can enter the shop and go downstairs to order or you can walk down the incline, down the sidewalk, and enter at the till area. "therefore, it is very likely that your vehicle was parked in another area and you were charged a parking fee there. KATINAT hopes for your understanding" blah blah blah deflect, blame someone else "and in the future, you may inform our staff directly so we can guide you to the correct parking area" :-P what a ridiculous reply completely asinine and typical. It would have been better to not reply at all. For public: there is no other parking and there is signage directing to parking but no fee mentioned because the fee varies depending on your nationality.

The cake like stone , they give a plastic spun, so i would like to help and suggest to give a fork not a spun to eat hard cake. The service í unpolite and very rude especialy the guy a the casher acting like boss with customers.. Ne more thing when customer pay you employer don t take his card, you serge a machjne to customer, the card is not yours. Learn how to serve customers.

long waiting time, coconut coffee was waisting of our money as they asked us to wait 20 min but done it faster and left to stand for a long time. Ice cubes melted and this is a coffee which we were given. No one informed us about ready order despite that they gave us beeper for ready order which was not working. Cake was fine
