Kat's Coffee

Both of the vegan bagel sandwich options are great, but the bean paste one is worth the extra money. It has so much amazing flavour and is much more filling. The bean paste sandwich is also amazing and softer. The coffee is the strongest and best I had during my entire time in Belize. All the smoothies I tried were delicious. It's one of the only places with vegan breakfast options in Hopkins.

The Cassava waffles are the best! The waffle sandwich is yummy. You can also pre-order waffles by the dozen. Great service too! You won’t regret stopping here for coffee, smoothies, and breakfast or lunch!

What is not to like about this place? Excellent coffee and breakfast! A nice sitting area and such friendly staff. We ended up hanging out and chatting as if we were old friends.

Kats Coffee was an absolute 10/10! Our family visited Belize for a week, and ended up eating there almost every morning. The staff was delightful and beyond friendly and the setting of the restaurant was very welcoming. All of the food and coffee was amazing as well. My favorite was the waffle- best waffle I have ever had! If you’re going to be in Hopkins, stop by Kats Coffee for breakfast or lunch and you’ll leave very content!

Wow! Great coffee, super friendly service and fantastic prices. Definitely a great place to visit. The grilled cheese panini with turkey ham and veggies was great and $5 US. Homemade bagel and cream cheese was delicious. They have a great selection of fresh smoothies that looked delicious. And did I mention that the coffee is the best we've had?

Such amazing coffee and vibes. Local coffee place - coffee made on the stove and so delicious! They had environmentally friendly compostable cups but strong encourage bringing your own cup.

Excellent French press coffee, friendly staff , great options, gluten free waffle with egg salad was excellent. I had coffee here early every morning during my vacation in Hopkins.
