I ordered a spicy chicken burrito wrap and a nut milk smoothie. The wrap itself was nice and the presentation was great, but it really lacked flavor. I didn’t taste anything spicy at all, which was disappointing considering what I ordered. The nut milk smoothie also felt a bit flat and lacked flavor. I’ve ordered this combo many times before and I’m usually really happy with my food, so today’s order felt a bit mid compared to the usual standard. On a positive note, the cashier — a trainee — was an absolute cutie pie and very sweet. Hoping the flavors are back to their usual standard next time!

I enjoy trying new items on the menu. Tried the New K-Protein Bowl just now for lunch. Taste is really good and looked good. Unfortunately there was far too little rice and quinoa so it leaves you still very hungry. I’ve had all the other bowls in the menu, so I’m assuming it was a mistake to add such a little rice and quinoa. The mushrooms draw water, so there was nothing to absorb the flavour and liquid. I wish staff would serve the same quantity of food in a takeaway meal as they do with sit down meals.

Really good menu. A lot of helthy food options. And the smoothies selection is awesome aswell! Good job! 😋

Went for breakfast this morning. Nice place to have a breakfast, with enough but not too many others. We liked the healthy breakfast (yoghurt), the fresh juices, and the pesto toast. So far so good. However, our toast with avocado and scrambled eggs took too long, resulting in the toast becoming too still, and the eggs being cold. We discussed this with the staff and the options offered were 1) heating it up in a microwave (which is unacceptable) or 2) bringing new eggs. We have chosen the second option, but the overall experience was let down by this. @ staff: please ensure that items 1) come at the same time and 2) are all in good shape at that moment.

Friendly service. I only got a juice. It was so refreshing. Short wait. Week gladly return. Great selection of items

As a 6 star google reviewer walking into this establishment I had high expectations but was meh with disdain. First, as a vitality member I was limited to my options of a main, whereas at other branches I am not, perhaps Stacey does not know how to operate the till? My food came before my smoothie, this never happens, in actual fact we had to ask for the smoothie and this was given after asking without even an apology. Never visiting again and I highly recommend you do not visit this branch. Thanks.

I had ordered a Normal Mexi Burger (take away via Uber eats) on 11 June 2025 and when I bit into the patty it was cold, I then saw that it was browned on the outside and uncooked on the inside…It was so gross and a complete waste of money.

After multiple dissapointing experiences at Kauai Portside, I found this branch in Mostert st. The staff here are friendly and deliver an exceptional customer service. They all are in sync and seem to know their job. Natasha always goes out of her way for the customers and other staff members are just as pleasent. Keep it up Kauai Mostert st.
