Kauboi was the perfect place for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner! It was truly a 10/10 experience. The ambiance is stunning: dim, modern, and such a cool, special-night vibe. Every dish came out beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Our server Lisa truly made the night. Her service was some of the best I’ve ever had — she gave great recommendations, explained everything perfectly, kept the pacing smooth, and even made sure we had enough table space for all the plates we ordered. She made us feel so taken care of. Overall such a beautiful, delicious, and memorable dinner. We’ll absolutely be back!

Kauboi Scottsdale is our new favorite rooftop restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale! The rooftop views are stunning and create the perfect upscale yet relaxed vibe once the sun goes down. The sushi here is awesome and paired with their craft cocktails, and you’ve got a winning combo. Great ambiance, great food, and an overall elevated experience. Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion!

Celebrated my birthday dinner here with my friends! This place was absolutely gorgeous. It was on the top floor of Remi Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ambience was very moody and the aesthetics was gorgeous. The food was a 10 out of 10. Definitely will be going back! The short rib fried rice was so flavorful and filling. I loved everything about this place.

Kauboi at the Remi Hotel is hands down our new favorite spot in Scottsdale! The vibe and ambiance are so unique—modern, stylish, and full of energy without feeling overwhelming. We ordered the wagyu steak, and it was absolutely incredible—melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The sides were just as impressive: the corn, asparagus, edamame, and especially the spicy cucumbers were bursting with flavor. Our waitress mentioned they offer an outdoor dining experience on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (not Sundays), and we can’t wait to come back to enjoy that. Between the amazing food, the cool atmosphere, and the overall experience, this new spot is a must-visit in Scottsdale.

We ate on a slower Sunday so Service and food was quick and attentive. I have heard it can be slower on a busy Saturday but can’t personally speak to that Dishes had great flavor, well portioned and good presentation Cocktails were solid, a touch on the sweet side, which is probably great for the typical customer in Old town Only disappointing drink was the mango/miso which was neither.

We had the Kauboi cut, and it was absolutely outstanding, beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. Everyone agreed that the Kauboi fried chicken and the tempura spicy shrimp were the highlights of the evening. Catherine was exceptional, highly professional, wonderfully attentive, and made each of us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The entire staff was fantastic and ensured our evening was flawless. The atmosphere, music, and overall vibe were all excellent. We’ll definitely be back soon, and will be sure to request a table in Catherine’s section.

$180 per person to eat on your lap! The food was good but how do they expect you to eat a steak literally on your lap or standing up. When the reservation was made we were told it would be outside and were told it’s an extension of the restaurant. What they failed to mention is that the outside is not a place for dinner, drinks sure, appetizers possibly, dinner NO! They knew we were there for dinner and didn’t make the effort to adjust seating. It was uncomfortable. Mangers walked by and saw us and kept it moving. The food didn’t fit on the coffee table (yes a coffee table). They brought over side tables to help but it still wasn’t enough. When the cowboy steak arrived we all were perplexed as to how they simply expected us to eat this steak. Some of us were literally standing like we were at a bbq because there wasn’t enough seating. Skip this place for dinner, definitely not worth the hype.

I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have 5/5 stars on Google. The atmosphere and service were top notch from the moment we walked in. We sat in the whiskey lounge where the vibe was immaculate. The music was a perfect volume to where it brought energy but we could still have a conversation without raising our voices. Our server Jazmin was amazing. Very knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. We had the scallops, lobster, wagyu, milk toast, fried chicken and a bunch of sashimi. All of it was delicious. The chefs there REALLY know what they are doing. And Ricardo, the manager, came up to say hi to us and to make sure our evening was going well. I’d give this place 10/5 stars if I could. We will most definitely be back. If you are in Scottsdale looking for an elevated dining experience with amazing food- this is the place.
