Fantastic Falafel! Had the Falafel with Mango and one with Merguez sausage, both really delicious! Also had the Freud halloumi sticks and the cauliflower as a starter which were really delicious too! For dessert, I had the gluten-free chocolate brownie and the cheesecake, especially the brownie was really delicious! Great place and really welcoming service!

Really loved this place!! Had nachos, fries and glutenfree falafel pita. The falafel have been very tasty. The cream on top of the nachos was a dream 🌝.. Definitely recommended 🥰

Really nice local bar restaurant in our neighbourhood Friendly staff and good service, it was busy but managed to get a table without booking They have some spots in the late afternoon sun/evening Food was delicious and good-sized portions It's very tasty and fresh. Oh, and there Kauffmann pics on tap.. so nice, and at €6.50 a 500ml/pint, it's a good price for Amsterdam Will return again soon

Very good falafel and good amount. Very tasty and nice lemonade. Sadly not the most crowded place and best atmosphere. Would recommend more for takeout

I never had a chicken merguez and was expecting it to be "less than" the usual BUT it was one of the best I ever had! (Owners: if you ever want to sell them in large packs for home...you have a loyal customer) Amazing place! And for low prices too - treat yourself!

I was there on Saturday afternoon with a friend. Ordered falafel with mango and chilli falafel. Food was delicious and well balanced. Portions are of a decent size and leave you enough room for dessert. 😅 what I do think needs to be highlighted is very friendly service from Kim! It made our dining experience very enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Very nice vibe location and the falafel pita are delicious and good. Portions are good and filling for reasonable prices. However, service a bit slow I ordered a falafel pita and fries and the fries only came after I finished my falafel which is just too much.

Yelp
The mango and Falafel pita was delicious--one of the best pitas I've ever had. The bread was good, and whatever sauce they added was so good. I also liked the eggplant and the way it was presented. I think the different textures worked really well together. I would eat this weekly or daily if I could. Great falafels too! Definitely recommend!!!

Yelp
Haha. These people opened a place in Indische buurt just a couple of blocks from the best falafel place in Amsterdam. They didn't even know it existed when I asked them what they were thinking to make such a badly planned attempt. They just said "you'll see, ours is the best". Hahaha. Hello......Dutch people touting the best falafel! I laughed so hard. Ok, so like I said before you opened, you didn't even last the year. Next time do your research. Bye.....

Yelp
Very nice staff, delicious falafel, craft beer served from a local micro brewery, and vegan-friendly. Not a very large place. Has the feeling of a friendly neighborhood pub. While there, we saw people walking or cycling past and waving to the employees.

Yelp
I wanted to love it but my favorite thing about it was the chili sauce. The staff was friendly. But that's all I got.

Yelp
Queuing for falafel? Yes, they do in Paris (Marais). Soon this will happen in Amsterdam (West) too, mark my words. Newcomer Bar Kauffman, a falafel spot, is one of these try before you die places around. Good vibes, lots of specialty beers, an enthusiastic crew and last but not least splendid falafel, created by an Iranian chef. This chef is all about spices and taste sensations. Try some of the olives to begin with. These little fellows are combined with garlic and the sweet-sour taste of pomegranate, making them extremely fresh. Continue with some fried balls of mashed chickpeas and decide if you want your falafel sandwich with feta, green chilli, a merguez or mango. I fall deeply for the last dish, a 'happy-go-lucky' pita filled with crunchy falafel, a super sweet chutney with chunks of mango, a creamy tzatziki, grilled eggplant and pomegranate seeds. Your breath smells quite bad after eating it, but you weren't looking for romance, or did you? Eat your sandwich, have rosewater-saffron-pistachio ice, listen to James Brown and just be merry!

Yelp
Came in late (place was closing within the hour) but we were received with welcoming smiles and a quick guide to the simple menu. As we sat down we ordered our beers; and so came the food. Perfect Falafel combined with the lovely interior and a stellar atmosphere made it a lovely first experience in Amsterdam. Oh and the music is good, so yass... It's a nice place
