Kaunas State Musical Theater

We were visiting Kaunas and went to go see Jekyll and Hyde. We don’t speak Lithuanian but the production was as good as you’d get on the West End in London. Terrific performance. The theatre is nice. Seats are comfy. We were in a small box. At intermission you can get a very delicious small hot chocolate which I highly recommend.

The Kaunas State Musical Theatre is a musical theatre in Kaunas, Lithuania. It was established on November 27, 1940, in the former State Theatre hall adjoining the Laisvės Alėja. For some time, it mostly presented operettas.

Always exaiting & wonderful. Every visit festive! Just pity it's difficult to get tickets... just had to look for them much earlier before show! But else is 5 stars!
