Kavarna Park

Kavarna Park in Bled is a real treat. The location's stunning, overlooking the lake, and their kremšnita is ridiculously good - it's this iconic Slovenian cream cake that's basically a work of art. Staff's super friendly too, and they're really geared up for families - changing room for babies and all. We had a lovely time chilling out with the kid and enjoying some cake. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Bled.

Very nice and delicious place with a wonderful view. The service was very fast and the staff were very friendly. We visited in the morning, right after opening, so there was no queue. During the day there’s usually a queue, so it’s worth making a reservation. Here you can try the original and best Bled cream cake, prepared fresh every single day! Highly recommended.

Good location and nice cake. That's pretty much it; price are too high (almost 5e for a coffee) and attention is quite bad. As for prices, it is located in front of the lake but taking that much advantage and offering such a crappy service is not good. The Americano coffee I'd bet is a normal filter coffee since it was plain black, bad flavour and not a proper machine coffee. As regards the attention, I can't judge the waiters since they were 2/3 for the whole terrace and that's clearly not enough for a place like that.

Absolutely stunning! From the moment we walked in, the decor took our breath away — elegant, classy, and full of sophisticated details. The atmosphere feels truly aristocratic and refined. We tried two desserts, and they were simply incredible — both in taste and presentation. Another highlight is the wine and dessert offer, which is such a lovely and rare touch. 🍷🍰 The service is done by a robot, which was such a fun and futuristic experience! 🤖 It was efficient, smooth, and added something unique to the evening while keeping the service polite and attentive. 💯 Overall: A perfect mix of luxury, innovation, and amazing flavor. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Tried the famous Bled Cream Cake, which everyone calls a must-try or bucket-list dessert. It’s more like a rich pudding topped with a crisp chocolate layer. Tastes ok, but quite heavy — I couldn’t finish it! The café is usually crowded, and service can be a bit slow. That said, there aren’t too many things to do in Lake Bled, so this has become a popular stop for everyone. Smart way to promote the local experience!

Kind public note for the management: You cannot make vanilla pudding and pour some tasteless coffee mixed with chocolate into it and call it Tiramisu. It’s misleading while on top of it, the taste is so bland and boring that is not edible. As a cherry on top, the white chocolate around it tastes like chocolate that went off and has been sitting in the drawer for months. Some people might like it - honestly, no idea who and I would strongly recommend for no one to order it, but please stop calling it Tiramisu as you are embarrassing your own business. If you are not willing to improve the recipe and want to continue selling it, at least call it a tasteless coffee bomb. Second note: Make sure that the strawberry & raspberry cheesecake doesn’t have a dried out base that was improperly baked plus has FOIL PARTICLES on it when served. Photo of one is in the attachment, sadly, the base was full of them. The service was good and the gentleman serving us was very nice. But after ordering 4 deserts for 2 people and pretty much all of them were 2-3/10 disappointment plus the people at the next door table were also complaining about their tasteless desserts, I strongly recommend the management and the kitchen to be more proactive. Ps: we did inform the server of how bad the deserts are so I hope, the note got to you before this review.

Wide variety of cakes and drinks, terrace with amazing view, good service (English-speaking). The original Bled cake did not impress me, next time I’ll try something else. Wine was good though, not too sweet 😀

Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the restaurant. If weather permits the outside seating is a must! The bled cream cake was light and a fantastic treat to reward yourself after walking/hiking around the lake.
