This is my favorite Vietnamese coffee place in NYC. So It feels very Vietnamese. reallyyy recommended for everyone. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I feel comfortable and happy talking to them. The space is also very cute and cozy. Today I drank two cups of matcha 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I had the Situationship and a chocolate croissant, and both were amazing. The coffee was super smooth, not sweet at all, and it tasted like home. Loved the coffee jelly on top, it added a fun texture and flavor to the coffee. The croissant was filled with a chocolate bar and paired perfectly with the coffee. Kim is super friendly and customer-focused. Thanks for bringing Vietnamese coffee to the city and I can’t wait to come back for more! ☕️

You can tell a lot of thought went into crafting each drink, from the flavors to the playful names. The Kawaii Cafe is beyond adorable! The atmosphere is so cozy and charming, and Kim—the owner, is incredibly warm and passionate about her little shop, which makes the experience even more special. Every detail is thoughtfully designed and full of heart. I tried the matcha with coconut jelly and absolutely loved it, you can really taste the high-quality matcha they use. This place just radiates happy, feel-good vibes. It’s the perfect spot to relax and treat yourself, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with any drink here! 💕☕

From the moment I walked in, the café had this charming, cozy vibe that feels perfect for a casual coffee break while exploring the West Village. The drink names are playful and creative, and the menu leans into Vietnamese coffee with a modern twist — think bold espresso notes balanced with creamy condensed milk, fun toppings like coffee jelly, and even a salted cream option that’s worth trying.

Love love love! Was so excited for this cafe to open and it doesn’t disappoint. The coffee is delicious, and the pastries are insane (I say this as a self proclaimed pastry eating expert). Kim, the owner, is the sweetest and her employees are lovely as well. Definitely a great place to stop by for coffee, tea, pastries, and kawaii vibes.

the service is honestly so good. everyone is super lively and upbeat, it just makes the whole place feel welcoming and fun. i got one of their drinks, the egg cream latte, and it was so good. really creamy but not overly sweet, which i loved. you can tell the coffee quality is high, they said they get their beans straight from Vietnam and it shows. it also came with coffee jelly which was such a nice little touch. would definitely get it again.

If you want to try authentic Vietnamese coffee, you have to come here. I ordered the salted cream coffee and it was delicious. The price is also affordable and the staff were really friendly. Highly recommended!
