Visited on a Thursday afternoon unfortunately we didn't catch any bungy jumpers but the view is very nice. Have an accessible parking. Very old and historic bridge

If you are visiting the bridge, its free! Great views over the river and lots to read if you are keen on New Zealand's Gold Rush! Impressive structure that is still standing! Quick pit stoo if you are driving up to Cromwell or visiting the wineries in the surrounding area of Gibbston.

The bridge itself is a nice short walk across the Kawarau river. You can get breathtakingly beautiful views of the river and catch a show of those who are brave enough to do a bungee jump from the bridge 😬 Just be super careful on the other-side of the bridge close to the edge. There is NO barrier at all. Please if you have children make sure you hold them all the time. Monday freaking edge even for an adult. But you can safely enjoy the views of the river from the viewing deck without even having to cross the bridge.

Easy to access and a short drive from Queenstown. Got to watch bungee jumpers and cross the bridge. Cycle track looks good for a future visit.
