I always believed that no matter how good the products are, if the service is bad, a business will not succeed. Really bad service and irresponsible shop. I called the shop at 6.38pm to ask if they sell fishnet stockings and to confirm what time they are closing, the lady told me that yes they do have fishnet stockings in stock and that they will close at 10pm.
I told her okay I will be coming. At 9.30pm I called in to inform her that I am reaching in 5minutes but she told me that she have already closed the shop. I went on to explain to her that I really needed the fishnet stockings by that night and asked if she can wait for 5minutes. But guess what she said. “Goodnight we close already Goodbye”. At that point of time, I was just speechless and I explained to her that I called her to check in just now and she confirmed that they close at 10pm. She said “oh that’s the mall closing time” and ended the call with “goodnight bye bye”. As a business, I believe that you should not be fictitious on your business hours as it really caused inconvenience to people. I would understand that if she wants to close shop early, but when I called in she was still at the shop but not willing to hold it for 5minutes when I had called in earlier to ask. It was really selfish and irresponsible for the shop lady to act this way. If she was honest from the get go, I would have came earlier to purchase. Overall, really bad service.
