At 20zl, a pistachio croissant is served unheated, and is not well made from the beginning (at least not this batch). The layers do not fully open (not just near the fillings, but the bottom as well), resulting in not quite flaky texture; the butter used is not of high quality (no good butter smell); pistachio filling is okay, but could be made more intense since the rest of the croissant lack flavor/textural treats.
Overall this could be the priciest yet most underwhelming pistachio croissant I’ve tried almost anywhere.
Flat white, on the other hand, is quite not strong (and milky) enough to taste like cappuccino or latte. Not sure if that’s the palate of Gdansk people.
Absolutely not in agreement of the rating, not this visit (my only visit) at least.
