This is a real 5-star luxury hotel. Many thanks to the hotel staff for our stay. I travel a lot around the world, and this hotel is the No. 1 in terms of hospitality, service, and caring for guests. Wherever we were - on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, in the room, we felt like special guests. The staff provided us with maximum comfort and a great rest, helped us in all matters. We were also delighted with the cuisine in the hotel's restaurant, spacious and clean rooms, excellent cleaning, and plenty of free sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The hotel has its own sandy beach, lots of greenery on the coastline, several areas with sun beds for comfortable accommodation, and a separate lounge area. And there is even a special path for swimmers along the entire coast. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we will come back again!

I had a wonderful vocation in this hotel especially after long days in 3 previous cities. There is no all inclusive package but the surrounding area is amazing. Also the hotel is near by the old town. The hotel beach 5 stars beach since my family like to spend more time in the beach. Breakfast buffet is a little above average but delicious and the workers are amazing. Room service food was delicious. Thank you Kaya Palazzo Bodrum

Our stay at Kaya Palazzo Bodrum was truly exceptional — so much so that we extended it by an extra night. A special thanks goes to Serhat, Emir, and Mevlüt, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From securing exclusive discounts outside the hotel to ensuring every detail was handled promptly, they — along with the rest of the team — were outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and personal. We were welcomed with a dedicated WhatsApp group for guest relations upon arrival, which made communication easy and quick throughout our stay. The room was spacious, with beautiful views, a smart layout, and excellent sleep quality. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive. While the in-room tech could use some upgrades, everything else was on point. The beach is private, clean, and family-friendly, offering a relaxing, exclusive vibe. Although we didn’t use the pool or spa, the facilities looked premium and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and in-room dining, with pizza being a highlight. Service was fast, and presentation was clean and simple. The hotel is in a great location — close to Bodrum’s old town while still offering privacy and a luxurious atmosphere. For the level of service and experience, it’s definitely worth the price. Highly recommended — and we’ll definitely return.

Amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo Bodrum! The resort is beautiful, clean, and very family-friendly. Staff were kind and professional. Food was great with lots of variety, and the beach and pools were perfect. Special thanks to the kids club — our son Abdullah had a wonderful time there. We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel and we will most certainly be returning in the future. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. His attentiveness and dedication did not go unnoticed he truly made a difference in our experience and we’re very grateful for his outstanding hospitality. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide and delicious variety of choices, beautifully presented and constantly refreshed. The restaurant manager Mr yousif along with the entire team, created a warm and inviting atmosphere each morning. Their kindness and excellent service made our breakfasts all the more enjoyable. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the hotel to the quality of the service, reflected a high standard of care and attention. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return soon.

Great resort. Excellent food, service and the rooms were fantastic. Location will also beautiful with a private beach. The breakfast area was also on the water. They had Buggy shuttle service from the main hotel complex to the breakfast place Highly recommend

Beautiful and very spacious room in a hotel high up in the hill with Aegean Sea view from the lobby. The extensive breakfast buffet is at a waterfront area you need to take ( 3 mins) golf cart ride down to. The hotel has plenty of private beach front area with tons of beach lounge chairs to enjoy. You will have to take taxi to marina or castle area ( 300-400 lira). Minor negative point to comment to management is what they put in facial tissue box is clearly not meant for it!! It is as hard and rough as restaurant napkins quality than Kleenex or Puff facial tissues. Strange outlier considering attention they give to other quality finishing in the room such as Bvlgari soap, espresso coffee etc. The concierge could be a little more knowledgeable and helpful about local attraction. I was told to contact my tour guide !
