The food is better when eating in-store. It’s so far the best sushi spot I’ve had in Mississauga

They are not so expensive japanese food. Their servings is worth the money! Bigger than other Ramen food and it's very tasty! Our first time eating here but very worth it. Even our kids love their food! Definitely recommend this to our friends and come back again.

The party platters here are definitely the way to go. They have so much variety and each roll was delicious. Pretty good value too and well presented. The interior is a bit smaller than expected, but very well decorated. The staff are very friendly and even give free ice cream if you give a review on Google.

Went there for lunch. Loved the sushi, which was really fresh and all the rolls we tried were good! We reordered the a lot of the speciality rolls and ended it all with ice cream, which is complimentary if you rate them on maps. The service is exceptional! Would go again!

Had a fantastic time at Kaze Sushi & Roll! I'm familiar with Kamen ramen, their sister restaurant nearby, and have always enjoyed it. Kaze is a new gem in the area with stylish interiors and a wonderful variety of dishes. My favorites are the udon and kimbap combo. The Tiger Roll was a hit with my kid, and my husband loved the teriyaki. Great spot for a family meal!

Tucked away on Burnhamthorpe in Mississauga, Kaze and Sushi Rolls is truly a hidden zen for sushi lovers. I’ve had the pleasure of both dining in and picking up takeout on separate occasions—and both experiences were genuinely satisfying. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re craving classic rolls or something more unique, Kaze delivers with consistency. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued guest. What stood out the most is how the whole experience leaves you wanting to come back. I used to stick to a small list of go-to sushi spots, but that’s changing now—Kaze has definitely earned its spot at the top of my list. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great sushi and great vibes. Gpt polished my writing ☺️

Ordered the 32 piece sushi platter - aburi salmon was delicious- Torched well with a slight char. Their soy sauce was too salty so made the spicy salmon roll even more salty …flavours of all rolls were GREAT! Shrimp tempura was good too. Unlimited complimentary tea tasted like leftover noodle broth 😅😅😅 and was SALTY!!!

Nice amount of food, good value fore money. Order took long to prepare (around 20 minutes for a bento meal). Also hard to catch the attention of servers but they are friendly. It was still early for dinner so there might be more wait in later hours. Tempura was cooked perfectly, the sashimi was fresh.

I recently dined at Kaze, and it was an exceptional experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with melt-in-your-mouth textures and vibrant flavors. Their fried warrior and king tiger stood out as a highlight—beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, creating a relaxing setting for a memorable meal. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make recommendations. I appreciated the variety on the menu, which catered to both traditional sushi lovers and those looking for creative fusion. The ice cream was the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or just exploring Japanese cuisine, Kaze is a must-visit. Highly recommended! Feel free to personalize it further with your specific experiences! Let me know if you’d like help tailoring it.

Yelp
Great service, we came for lunch and everything was made fresh. There is plenty of seating and parking even though its hidden in the back of the plaza. My favourite rolls were the aburi.

Yelp
The Noms: Kaze Premium Party Tray $89.95 Considering that this party tray includes bluefin tuna and toro, this was a nice treat! The bluefin tuna was very fresh, had a great texture, and wasn't fishy at all. The toro literally melted in our mouths and sent our tastebuds back to Japan. Even the salmon belly pieces were perfectly fatty and with great textures. We just wish that these sashimi pieces were even since they're shared, lol. The sushi was overall great in rice to fish ratio, and they were actually a decent size. The aburi sushi had great char and flavor to them, and the rolls were fully loaded. We thoroughly enjoyed each bite!

Yelp
I've been a mainstay customer of this eatery for the past year. Service is quick and servers are very welcoming--a clean space for lunch or dinner with a small group. The place is hidden behind Captain's Boil so driving around is common when locating the restaurant. Tuna Maki rolls are my favourite - Simple clean tuna flavour with a decent price point. Tempura Udon is a nice meal with a generous portion of crispy shrimp and vegetable tempura. The rolls are massive with a lot of variations of flavours and texture. Check out their Lunch Menu special as well.

Yelp
Location is hard to find, hidden in a non descript plaza off of Mavis & Burnhamthorpe. New-ish eatery with good service and a clean environment. You can tell they've put in effort to make it hip with lots of pictures and colour. My server Sarah was very welcoming upon entry and asked if I had been before. It was my first visit. Reading reviews is what prompted going. Had the Kaze signature combo that comes with 10 pieces of king tiger: deep fried shrimp, cucumber, avocado, crab, row, spicy mayo, unagi sauce and chips on top, 4 pieces assorted sushi and 6 pieces of spicy salmon. The sushi and maki pieces were large but not really impressive, taste wise. The concept of chips in a roll is interesting but didn't add much flavour aside from crunch. Service was quick. The eatery was relatively empty when I went, with one table of three people dining in.

Yelp
Ordered the Medium Maki + Sushi + Sashimi Platter (32pc) & Tunapeno Roll (8pc) and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The fish is extremely fresh and the filler + toppings on the rolls are very generous proportionate to the rice. The Aburi Salmon Roll is delicious! The spicy salmon is stuffed with a lot of salmon. The sashimi pieces were nice and thick. The service was very friendly and prompt. Our waiter was attentive in topping up our teas, but not being overbearing / interfering in our conversation. The restaurant itself is very clean, well-decorated, and inviting. There are 3 tables that seat 4, and plenty of bar seating available. Definitely one of the better sushi spots in the GTA - especially Sauga.

Yelp
Kaze is a sister chain of Kamen Ramen. It's around 3-5 minute drive from Square One mall, a 2-3 min walk from Kamen, and it's located behind Kamen. We found Kaze through a free roll offer being advertised at Kamen. Since Kamen's wait list was long, we decided to try Kaze, and we didn't regret it. Kaze's atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's a dine-in restaurant with high chair seating. They asked us to wait and sit for the free roll, and offered us water. The server welcomed us with a smile and attended to us very quickly, ensured that we had what we needed. We ended up ordering trays and a couple of rolls, in which they offered miso soups on the house to warm us up. There's also complimentary tea they offered to all the guests, which was a plus since it was pretty cold outside. They ensured that we understood all the ingredients in the dishes. For the Kamen Ramen offer, you are offered one of three (iirc) basic rolls like Spicy Salmon Roll, California Roll, etc. We picked the Spicy Salmon because I seem to like that one best anyway. It was so delicious that we ended up ordering another roll. The rest of the rolls and trays were also delicious, nicely garnished with green onions and these decorative little white balls. The portions were standard but the taste was great and the designs and style were innovative. We also went with the chef's choice rolls which were also interesting. A fun little info: if you also want to have ramen as well as sushi, you're able to order anything from the Kamen menu to be brought to Kaze. That's something we would've liked to know before ordering anything because we would absolutely love to have ramen with our sushi! So if they're running out of space at Kamen, Kaze would be a good alternative spot. It's so close to our home so we might make this our go to spot and will be coming back for sure!

Yelp
Very small space. My family and I dined in recently and there was only one large table (already taken), so we squeezed into a smaller one. The staff there was very accommodating and made it work. The sushi was very fresh and tasty. We ordered 2 platters, a few rolls and an udon.

Yelp
If you love Sushi this is the place for you!! I have been here maybe 5 times now and I'm never disappointed, the quality of the sushi is fresh and everything is flavoured deliciously. Service is great, they greet you upon entry and are very attentive during the dinning in experience! The location is a little small and can get full during dinner as they have 4 tables and 2 long bars. The restaurant is beautiful, there is a lovely mural on the wall and overall it's very clean! I also think it's very well priced for the portion sizes and freshness :) I will be back!

Yelp
Got 2 different rolls. Rolls were packed and assembled very well. My only gripe is that the restaurant feels "cold and sterile" to sit in. Not a big deal though!

Yelp
I came here with some friends to celebrate my birthday and we genuinely had the best experience. Kaze's manager and all staff were extremely kind, warm, welcoming, and very accomodating. The food was fresh and there were plenty of options that were all delicious! Not to mention the presentation and atmosphere was fantastic. It was such a great vibe all around!

Yelp
New, hidden sushi place that's BEHIND Kamen. Saw this place on my way home after picking up some Vietnamese for lunch and decided to check it out! Address says that it's on Burnhamthorpe, BUT entrance is off Mavis. Restaurant is in an industrial plaza, and although it faces Burnhamthorpe, you cannot see it if you drive by. Full menu is online, so it's easy for ordering. Prices are in-line with my preferred sushi place which is a bit further for me. So it's great to have another sushi place that's closer! What Kaze has over my reg sushi spot is that there's more variety in the fish that they use for nigiri...although I tend not to order nigiri as much. Everything was good, fresh, and packaged well. I still prefer the spicy salmon from my usual spot. Would definitely recommend! One of the better sushi options in the area.

Yelp
The food is deliciou!! Amazing range of types of sushi and also decently priced for the amount/taste of food. Service is amazing, very kind and making sure you are well taken care of!! Not to mention the inside of the place is beautiful and never too busy.

Yelp
Service was fast and very friendly. The medium maki+sushi+sashimi was a perfect size for my husband, elderly mother and I. The food was fresh and delicious. There is fun upbeat music and it has a great vibe. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Hopefully they'll open one up in Burlington
