Such an amazing program for women coming out of abusive relationships or widowed. A source of income and a sense of family since 1975! Beautiful beads, jewelry, key chains and you are able to make your own creations! Second time.being here and highly recommend!

Enjoyed our visit in Kazuri Beads! Philip did a free tour of the factory and learned how they create them from start to finish. The craftsmanship and mission of Kazuri beads is definitely worth a visit! We also made our own bracelets with Lucy and Salome who were awesome and made the whole experience fun!

I am a local guide and i took my clients here. They were impressed by the artwork and they actually bought some beads to take back home in Denmark to show off to their friends

Great place to visit and be shown how the beads are locally & uniquely made and hand crafted. Then you have an awesome opportunity to create your very own bracelets, necklaces and earrings. There's a café on site for those who also just want to chill...if that's your vibe.

The concept of a bead workshop to help single mothers is great. Not sure how it went from this concept to a place that charges an arm and a leg with a less than enthused guide in Karen, a posh area of Nairobi. I guess it’s one way to nonprofit-wash a business and exploit the locals. New location is in a fancy office park.

I took a tour of the factory which was very interesting. Philip was a helpful guide and answered all my questions. There is a nice gift shop where you can buy finished jewelry as well as individual beads. This is a great way to support local!

Amazing local business making STUNNING beaded jewellery! A must visit for Nairobi. The craftsmanship and care that goes into what they do is evident in the high quality plus you can see how everything is made from start to finish.
