KFC in KCC.. It was sunday at 6pm.. waited in line for 30 mins to pay the order, another 30 mins to wait after paying.. understaffed.. very very hungry.. i hope they like their worked 😔

Nice mall. but not for a mother washing her baby on the same sink for mop used for the floors. Please do provide diaper changing/washing area to make it easier for Us mothers and babies.

Happened today. Very bad experience. Very poor customer service. Please explain the correct pricing of items to customers, including whether an item has a discount or not. The placement of items and the price display do not match. You will be shocked when you are already at the counter paying for the item.The staff do not offer a proper explanation; instead, they remain silent.

I am willing to overlook the EXTREMELY overpriced food in this mall's food court but this place is just disgusting. It is infested with cockroaches! We tried sitting at a corner table and we immediately transferred in the middle as small cockroaches are crawling on the sides! Had we not already bought our meals, we would avoid this place since its cleanliness with its plates and utensils are definitely questionable.
