We find that KCK Food Catering is very reliable, has high standards and consistently delivers as promised. Their customer service in charge Rhea is amazing and different from other tingkat providers. Rhea is really friendly, empathetic and even willing to go the extra mile. KCK daily tingkat comes in generous portions, high quality (freshest seafood ever tasted, almost like restaurant quality, prawns are peeled and convenient to eat), great variety (menu is not boring) and good value (food served in eco-friendly paper containers instead of plastic, affordable pricing options, salmon, beef, prawns are served almost every week, tokens of appreciation, punctual delivery). We especially love their butter garlic/teriyaki salmon, steamed fish, braised chicken, trio mushroom and tofu dishes! We are delighted with KCK and shall continue to order from them in the long run.

I ordered a tingkat menu for my dad, but I faced an issue because my dad’s neighbor often steals his food when it’s left hanging at the gate. I asked the team to deliver the food inside the house to prevent theft. For the next order, Rhea, the person in charge, took proactive steps by contacting the delivery person and communicating my request to have it delivered directly inside. Their prompt action gave me a peace of mind, knowing my dad is well-fed. Thanks to the KCK team for their outstanding service and going the extra mile—I really appreciate it! Will continue to use and recommend their service.

I was in need of a tingkat service for my family and researched for a long time before I found KCK. KCK is halal certified so I didn’t have to worry about consuming cooking wine or alcohol in food (which I was worried about as I was pregnant during the time I started the tingkat service). KCK does not serve pork but they serve chicken and fish for meat dishes. For fish, they serve perch, dory, salmon, toman etc which I found to be healthy. They even served salmon fish pieces cooked in some sauce which was very delicious. Even my husband also said the tingkat service is very worth it. The food is overall delicious, nutritious and there is good variation of dishes. I find that the price is very reasonable for the value of the meals. Another thing I liked was KCK gave the food in microwaveable containers without extra charges for the containers. I find this more hygienic compared to tiffin containers because I enquired with a few tingkat providers that use tiffin and I found that the user has to wash the tiffin containers and the provider doesn’t rewash when it goes back to them - they simply scoop the food into it. Which I feel is unhygienic given that the tiffin containers go through commute and may be eg dropped on the floor in the process of transport. Have renewed my contract after the trial period and plan to continue with KCK. Thanks to Rhe for the kind and accommodating customer service support over WhatsApp too :)

The Savoury Beef Redang from the TINGKAT MENU on the 5 NOV 2025 Is exceptionally delicious. The spice flavour is well balanced. The quality of the beef is good and tender. A good 👍 praise to the Chef who cooked this .

👍👍Have been ordering tingkak dinner from KCK Food since over a year ago. Food is always tasty and portion is always generous. Definitely much better than my previous caterer. No regrets switching over to KCK Food, will continue renewing with them for as long as I need it. Also 🌟 to Rhea for providing good customer service.

Ordering tingkat from KCK was one of the best decisions we made this year, we have extended the 20-day package twice now. Portions are generous and there is a good variety of tasty dishes throughout the cycle. Perfect for working adults as the food is ready after returning home, no longer need to worry about what to eat each night. Highly recommend for the convenience, variety and tasty generous portions :)
